It's been a while, and my daughter and I decided it was about time to write a review. My daughter…read morewas a team gymnast here, and this is one of the best gyms in the country. Her training was safe, positive, and fun. She learned so much, and the conditioning was fantastic. Someone was available to communicate about events, problems, and costs. There were no surprises. It is a positive learning environment, and drama is kept to a minimum. Five years ago, we moved to Houston, TX. My daughter tried out at many of the top gyms in the country. We found a gym she enjoyed and where she trained for a few years. After a horrible injury, my daughter is returning to gymnastics. Her former gym closed its women's program. I asked her where she would like to try. She stated she received the best training at Elite Gymnastics in Ashland. It's where she felt the safest and most comfortable and got the best training. She has always spoken positively of her time here.

They have plenty of equipment available, including: tumble track, rod floor panel, trampoline, foam pit, uneven bars, multiple balance beams, and more. Open gym cost is $15/person on Wednesdays 9-10pm (18 y/o+, participants younger than 18 must be accompanied w/ parent) I have taken a class here before many, many years ago and remember that I learned my back layout here! I got the skill the same day, in one private lesson session. As for open gyms, I typically attend a couple times a year... before, I used to go every Wednesday night. It's always a great time; the staff is friendly & super welcoming. I highly recommend MSGA for anyone looking to take gymnastics classes or simply to utilize their open gym ;) **plenty of parking available.

Tommy was strait up…read moreabusive he made multiple girls throw up and told other people that they couldn't be friends with me because I wasn't the best person there on multiple actions, he also told me to go on a diet because I was fat and now I have body dysphoria and eating issues because of him. He never touched me abusively though. His wife wasn't excellent either but I personally don't remember anything specific about here I was still pretty young so that's why this was so impactful for me. here are some of the sayings that Tommy said to us " What happens in the gym stays in the gym" and "First place wins second is the first loser and their place is just happy to be there". do you see any red flags about that first quote? You should, if you are considering enrolling there please consider this. Please if you do go here listen to your children and ask them about the things that are being said to them. Oh, and you can't forget that they tried to keep me and my friends on the same level when we were perfectly able to go to the next that just shows that they were more in it for the money than the kids that their teaching. And they have tumbling class and open gym to get energy out for the little ones and for competitive kids as well. the gym is for kids ages 1-18 for everyone all the coaches are nice and helpful. It's a huge area full of gear to make any kid a tumbler. When I spoke to the owner she was more than helpful with information on the program and though I don't need it for myself, I appreciated how happy she was to share. The little ones love it there and my brother recommends this place to anyone in the area looking for a place to let their kids release a bunch of energy in an hour.

We've always been impressed with the meticulous management of this small business and how much they get to know and support each client family. They've shown fortitude through the COVID-19 pandemic and we're happy to be back in the gym with the additional health and safety measures they've instituted.
