I even emailed them before the appointment to fill out my forms and they were sent promptly. My actual session with Anne was so amazing. She asked if the pressure and temp were ok. In the end she asked if I had any questions and I told her she did this thing on my back where it felt like she was popping little jelly balls. She explained that's the myofascial and how it builds up and talked about the specific massage Ty does for that. I highly recommend and will be going back! Pros- -massage table was comfortable - the place was easy to find. I chose to park on a side street and walk a block because I wasn't sure about parking -people were nice Cons - my room was fairly well lit. Didn't help with feeling relaxed -my masseuse didn't turn music on until about 6-7 mins in. So up till then all I could hear was outside the door and my masseuse's breathing. Ugh! -the music was light jazz which would have been perfect for a cocktail party. There was no spa music which usually gives me that "zen" feeling -what my masseuse did on one side of my back, she did NOT do to the other. She favored my left side for some reason -I kept feeling a pulling on the sheets and I wasn't sure what that was. She kept stopping and doing something to the sheets -her strokes were not smooth and uninterrupted....they were choppy -she did not guide my body into the places they ought to be. Most masseuses gently place your head, leg, arms where they ought to be and promptly cover what is not needed for warmth. -she was texting while giving me the massage. Ugh! THE BIG CON---she LEFT midway through my massage to check if her keys were in her car. Again, I've had massages all over the globe and never have I been left in the room. She didn't even add on time for the time she was gone! I almost walked out Usually with massages, I'm in a completely relaxed state and drift between asleep and awake. With this one, I left fully alert and anxious for it to be done. I felt like I needed to go to the spa afterwards :-(

He found all the stubborn knots and tension- even some stuff I hadn't mentioned, and after 90 minutes of magic I felt like a puddle of melted butter. This was by far one of the best massages I've gotten, and I've gotten a whole bunch. His prices are super reasonable and his work is well worth the cost. She did an initial exam and was very thorough asking questions and feeling around for the kinks and problem areas. She even offered cupping which I have never tried before but it helps to loosen the muscle so it is easier to adjust. I loved my first cupping experience and felt well adjusted leaving. I am going back for sure to get adjusted again and bringing my boyfriend next time as well. Highly recommend her. The place is so cute and welcoming and calming. I will be back and so should you!

We chatted briefly before my session and went over any issues I was dealing with. Instead of giving me the same old boring massage, he actually listened to me and concentrated on my trouble areas. The massage therapist was amazingly professional and made sure that everything went well. She was mindful and present during the massage. She took her time massaging what needed more work than other places on my body. In some other massage places, sometimes I feel the rush by the therapist, either because they were running late, or have too many customers on thier schedule, maybe? My therapist (Julia) made me feel that she enjoys and loves her job! I Would definitely go back again.
