Both times I left feeling refreshed and relaxed! The interior of the spa is very warm and welcoming. They have a shower in the bathroom, though I didn't use it due to COVID, and individual rooms for each client. They also offer services beyond massage, such as facials, waxing, and hair styling. Their massage pricing is some of the best in the area: $50 for 30 minutes, $60 for 45, and $70 for 60 minutes. I've found them more affordable than other spas in Rochester, with excellent quality. I've enjoyed both of my experiences at TMB and will be a regular customer from now on!

I was out of town for work and experiencing some tension. Between the work stress and bad weather my body felt very tight. I googled a local massage therapist and called Healing Haven, where the receptionist was very accommodating. At 6pm she managed to squeeze me in for a 7pm appt with no hassle. I got there early to fill out forms and my masseuse was waiting for me with good energy. She took her time to ask me questions and get to know what I wanted out of this experience. I asked for a deep tissue... and I definitely got that plus more. I felt like I was beat up (in a good way). She got in every crevice of my neck, back, shoulders and arms and worked out every kink that was present. We started around 6:50 or so and she went over to 8:15. I was only scheduled for an hour massage but she worked on me until I was complete. (Who doesn't love extra massage time?) Would I go back? Most definitely!!! I told the therapist I'd like it firmer and harder and not light touches and I think she must have thought I said the opposite- soft tickling type of massage and she didn't seem to want that style to change. Maybe she's knew but I have never gone up and down (being raised by her foot control) so many times in my life. Maybe she has back problems? My friend asked me afterwards why she was so loud (like I knew why? lol). Several times washing her hands and then threw the robe on my legs after the massage. Miss the exfoliating scrub at the end!
