Upon entering, he was not wearing a mask and went for a handshake. I turned down the handshake, he joked about this. During the wait, I asked if he was vaccinated, he stated that he was not, even though he appears to be of the first age group to have become eligible. He offered to put a mask on, but I did not trust his judgement in reference to the vast other personal ways of keeping clients safe. He may be the greatest therapist, but he failed where it currently matters. There are safer ways to reduce transmission AND keep your business open.

All they said was to put me on a waiting list. I understand the therapist can be busy and might not have immediate openings. I simply want to know when can they call back, and the window that I can expect the appointment to happen if possible. Even these 2 questions cannot be addressed through 6 phone calls over 2 days. And the fact that they asked me at 4:20pm to come in at 5pm, and saying otherwise I can only be put on a waiting list with unknown reply date made me feel they simply don't want new customers. And the customers are not respected there at all. I don't understand why such a simple thing is made so hard. Save your time avoiding it.
