But on to this highly anticipated review from what I would believe has been the best deep tissue massage I have received from a massage parlor was done by Emma today. I was referred to her by a friend of mine, I have a masseuse that I have come to my home monthly, but she is so amazing and books out so far in advance that sometimes I need a massage on the spot or within a couple days so finding someone local was something I really needed. I called on a Saturday to book and she was not available so I asked if she was available Sunday and I was able to get in with her first appointment availability at 10 AM. Unfortunately, I was mistaken and ended up at a different massage parlor down the road and didn't realize I was at the wrong place until about 10:30. I called her and I told her that I was so sorry about the misunderstanding, but I was up the street and I would be there in a minute and she was so kind and sweet and told me no rush to take my time and to be safe. I really appreciated that as I am a business owner as well and I know that things happen and the accommodation to take me still was much obliged since I was pretty irritated at my experience at the other massage parlor in those 30 minutes that was there waiting not even realizing that I was at the wrong place due to their lack of customer service. Once I arrived at the establishment, I was greeted by her and she was so sweet and kind. I would love to go into detail about how amazing my massages but I really feel like you just need to experience it for yourself. I booked a 90 minute massage, but I literally felt like I was there for two hours! She really took her time with my body. She really focused on every single inch of my body and let me tell you I was so stiff, my muscles were so tight, but she slowly started engaging and even though it was painful at times because of the amount of pressure she was using it was done with care, she really knows what she's doing. My friend did tell me that she has hands of an angel and I can totally attest to that. After the massage was done, it may seem silly, but tears were running down my face because I felt so taking care of. She asked me if I wanted some water or hot tea and I asked for a hot tea, met her at the front and she went over some stretches for me to do since I work out a lot and my job is pretty taxing on my body. For a 90 min massage I paid 140, which I feel was worth every penny. The whole experience was phenomenal and I cannot wait to tell everyone about what an amazing experience I had. This was hands down thee most relaxing, most fulfilling, truly incredibly-amazing massage I have EVER experienced ANYWHERE! With every knead and stroke, I could feel my body submitting to Morgan's gifted touch. The fragrance, the therapeutic sounds of wind, water, and soft music, and even the black sheets aided in my relaxation. Morgan applied the perfect amount of pressure, giving her undivided attention to the hard spots, and I absolutely LOVED her intentionally-slow, rhythmic healing strokes in every area of my stress-riddled body. I can't believe I actually have to give a bad review because I love to support small businesses but…read moreI had tried to schedule an appointment for me and my husband for a Groupon we received from Christmas and was actually excited. Granted when I initially tried to book a session for us, she mentioned she was understaff and could not take us both at the same time. I understood and did not make any cruel or mean statements. I actually had forgotten to follow up with her to finalize any appointment which is of course my fault and I apologized when I finally got the chance to follow up. The day I followed up was on a Monday and she told me specifically she had nothing that week and that she would follow up with me once she looked into her scheduling. She never followed up with me + when I followed up with her two days later, she then tells me that the week has been filled (even though she was sure she had nothing booked) and not to mention the next week was all of a sudden booked as well. For someone who spoke to her on a Monday and asked if anything was booked, i would assume that she would add us as a priority to get booked within one of those weeks. Smh I saw the poor reviews regarding scheduling and due to poor customer service, I would never recommend this business to anyone. Sadly, you would be wasting your time.
