This was hands down thee most relaxing, most fulfilling, truly incredibly-amazing massage I have EVER experienced ANYWHERE! With every knead and stroke, I could feel my body submitting to Morgan's gifted touch. The fragrance, the therapeutic sounds of wind, water, and soft music, and even the black sheets aided in my relaxation. Morgan applied the perfect amount of pressure, giving her undivided attention to the hard spots, and I absolutely LOVED her intentionally-slow, rhythmic healing strokes in every area of my stress-riddled body. I am so grateful I took a chance on her on Groupon because had I not, I wouldve missed this blessed opportunity to feel better and to meet such a kind, gentle professional. I can't believe I actually have to give a bad review because I love to support small businesses but I had tried to schedule an appointment for me and my husband for a Groupon we received from Christmas and was actually excited. Granted when I initially tried to book a session for us, she mentioned she was understaff and could not take us both at the same time. I understood and did not make any cruel or mean statements. I actually had forgotten to follow up with her to finalize any appointment which is of course my fault and I apologized when I finally got the chance to follow up. The day I followed up was on a Monday and she told me specifically she had nothing that week and that she would follow up with me once she looked into her scheduling. She never followed up with me + when I followed up with her two days later, she then tells me that the week has been filled (even though she was sure she had nothing booked) and not to mention the next week was all of a sudden booked as well. For someone who spoke to her on a Monday and asked if anything was booked, i would assume that she would add us as a priority to get booked within one of those weeks. Smh I saw the poor reviews regarding scheduling and due to poor customer service, I would never recommend this business to anyone. Sadly, you would be wasting your time. read more

I really needed a great massage and was hopeful with Morgan's good reviews but it was one of the WORST massages I've ever had especially for 90 minutes! I should've felt like I went to heaven & back. She was nice enough I guess but her technique was so slow it was frustrating & how do you tell a massage therapist to speed it up? She actually stopped moving her hands several times & it wasnt because she was applying pressure either. I can't handle hard massages and ironically had to tell her a few times to have firmer pressure. I would've told her that throughout the entire massage but didn't want to keep ruining my attempt at being Zen. I wonder if it was because it was a Groupon purchase? Saw she's no longer offering those deals which is fine but its pretty unprofessional of her if that was why. It felt like she wasn't even trying. My friend was going to try her next week since she lives nearby but not now. And she would've given her a lot of business. Good service matters even if it's at a discount. She lost future full-price business. Fyi the walls are thin & it was pretty noisy, also adding to the unfulfilling experience. I found Morgan through Groupon - I did not purchase the Groupon, I spoke with her first to see if she had availability, and she offered me the same price as Groupon so I booked with her for a Friday around 6 pm. Morgan's little studio is so cozy and cute - perfect place to relax and unwind from all of the stress of life. There is plenty of parking available. I received a 90 minute massage and she even added a complimentary session of hot stones for the massage. Morgan had the perfect amount of pressure and really made the massage enjoyable. She knew exactly where to get the knots out without me saying much and she checked on me several times to make sure the pressure was OK. Horrible experience. Masseuse opened the curtain covering door and waved her finger angrily and mouthed something off like I needed to wait. I waited as I was trying to contact Groupon for a refund. She came out and greeted me and I apologized for trying to open door but her behavior was unprofessional. For a first impression, she failed. She denied her behavior and was trying to make an excuse. I did not want to hear it. I told her I was requesting a refund from Groupon and cancelling my appointment. She had the audacity to ask for my voucher which I refused to give her. I honestly have never been this relaxed in my life. I went today (August 2 to get a 90 minute massage with Morgan. She honestly made me feel so comfortable from the moment I met her. Morgan is truly a sweetheart and she made it seem like I've known her for so long. She is very professional and her techniques are beyond amazing. I honestly fell asleep while she massaged me and that never happens. The ambiance is perfect she has spa music, the bed is warm, she has light air coming through she is amazing. I have no idea how this place has good reviews. Maybe this is a type of massage that I have just never experienced but-- it was terrible and I wouldn't recommend it for various reasons. 1: Massage therapists shouldn't be on their phone while they are massaging you! It's a hands-on kind of job...no one is good enough to multitask this... 2. For the love of god, please play some *calming* music. The techno dub step violin music was even more stressful than knowing my therapist was scrolling Instagram with one hand while lightly resting the other hand in various positions on my back...or literally just leaning on me as if I was a desk so they could use both hands on their phone. IT WAS STRAIGHT RIDICULOUS! 3. Someone please tell me if this is a specialized method of massage. I walked out of this massage so confused and feeling so so cheated out of my money. My therapist literally rested her hand in different places on my back with little to no pressure. Is this some mystic, reiki stuff that I don't know about? My friends surprised me with a house spa party for my birthday, and it was amazing - the perfect mix of relaxing and partying. Downstairs, Morgan and Golden set up massage tables for 2 at a time, and upstairs they made champagne cocktails and left us facial masks to use when we weren't getting massages. This was an awful experience through Groupon. I purchased and tried to make an appointment, but was required to do it online. It only offered mid-day appointments if you used Groupon (so you have to take off work) and the earliest date was approx 6 weeks int he future. Later I called Morgan to confirm, it took multiple attempts and when I reached Morgan, I was given attitude and was told she would not check the computer, because I can trust the website appointment system. I tried in the week before the appointment to verify, but only got voicemail. So on the day of the appointment, I took off work a several hours early to make the mid-day appointment. Morgan apprently works out of some crowded multi-purpose commercial building. This is a tiny space inside of building that has hair dressers and numerous other business. I had to walk past numerous people milling in the narrow hallways. If you are looking for privacy and relaxation, this is not it. I found her suite number and knocked and a girl came out. She was not Morgan, there was only room for one table in the tiny suite, so she explained that her and Morgan share the suite space and that Morgan was not there. So I left. To summarize, I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment, I had to take off work because Morgan does not allow evening appointments if you use Groupon, then Morgan was not even there. I had left several messages on the day of the appointment to let her know I was coming. I never received a call back to explain or apologize. Stay away. Unprofessional. I would not waste my time with her, even if it was free. read more

Morgan is a highly intuitive massage therapist. Her hands have magic and she really senses the client with her whole being. Pressure is perfect. I was so relaxed and I felt that it was therapy for both body and mind..which is a skill. The complimentary hot stones were an excellent touch. Best massage I've ever had! Found Morgan through a Groupon offer and have been wanting to get a massage for months but haven't known where to go and I am so so glad I decided to go for it. Morgan was so sweet and wonderful despite me being like 10 minutes late, and made me feel really at home and comfortable. You'd never know this studio is just one room along a hallway of other spas and salonas once you're inside. It's so relaxing and cozy! As for the massage itself, wow. I don't get massages very often (but that may be changing now that I've found Morgan) but this was honestly the best I've had, she was so patient and worked out god knows how many kinks in my back and neck, all while checking in with me periodically to make sure I wasn't hurting too much or getting cold or anything. I left and immediately told my boyfriend and another friend who both have been pondering getting massages recently that they need to come see Morgan because I know they will leave feeling as relaxed and serene as I did. Another reviewer said they felt like melted butter afterwards and I agree. My muscles feel loose and happy and the aches and pains in my back and neck that I'd grown accustomed to are gone. I think I was so used to them that I forgot how good my body can feel when it's more relaxed! She is an amazingly talented healer and I'm so grateful to have found her! Ok. I rarely write a review but the service was soooo good I just had to! Morgan is tremendous. This was a top of the line massage without question. I am still moving my neck with ease. The way she massages with accurate pressure and incredible stretching is amazing.
