We accidentally walked in and she instructed us to wait in our car and she would come fetch us when it was ready. We came in 15 minutes early because we assumed we could wait inside. It's fine, it is much safer this way. Also, she sprayed our shoes so we wouldn't bring dirty shoes inside. She also immediately gave us sanitizer upon entering. The massage therapists were great!
