My trip to Lubbock started here and it set the tone for a relaxing rejuvenating weekend. My partner and I did the romeo and Juliet package which was perfect for the two of us. The hydrotherapy while enjoying wine was romantic and therapeutic, we then put on luxurious robes and headed to our massages . We were so pleased to find it was the owners husband and wife doing our massages we both thoroughly enjoyed it and felt like new afterwards. It is a tranquil scene with personal touches. Me and my mom got our nails and toes done, my mom had Devene and I had Kaylee another lady Loe or Lee was in there with us. When I called to book they were super polite along with the follow up, but the experience was amazing. The ladies were very friendly, funny and kept us entertained all through our appointment. It was a comfortable easy going environment. They offered drinks such as mimosas and water, and we got chocolate covered strawberries along with some other chocolates. Kaylee was really gentle with me and did a pretty good job. Would totally go back and recommend to anyone looking for a good laugh and great service. read more

Great massage for the price! It was super convenient that I was able to call and get an appointment the same day. I called at 1:30 and got an appointment for 2:45. They are not super busy during the week and can get you in on a spontaneous whim for a massage. I will definitely be going here for any future massages! read more

The business overall was beautiful and had a great vibe BUT stylist Daniel is a different story. It had been several months since I had my hair cut & knew it was looking ratty. I also like the layered look from the 70s. He said layers would work better if my hair wasn't so long (the tips were at the lower part of my shoulder blades). He cut it where it barely touched my shoulders so I assumed he layered it. After getting home I learned he did NOT. I left a message but no one ever returned my call. A decent place will offer to make it right but obviously not this guy. He lists his biz as Hair by Daniel. I certainly won't go back. My husband and I have done the Romeo & Juliet Couples Package twice now and both times have been very impressed! The package includes: 60 minute Swedish Couples Massage in our Couples Suite 40 minute Couples Hydrotherapy Session 20 minute Couples Swiss Massage Shower 2 Spa Lunches 3 hours The price only comes out to $260.00, which is a fantastic deal for how long we are there and how many things you get to experience. First, lets talk about the lunch. They order from Honey Ham Co. right down the street and bring it to you. Honey Ham Co. is so delicious, we go there all the time anyways! The massage was very professional and felt great. The lighting was low and the music was perfect, not the ridiculous music resembling an Orca whale family in the wild some spas have. The hydrotherapy session is maybe my favorite part. It is a huge bath (basically a hot tub) for two in a room alone. They walk you to the room with the bath already drawn with sea salt and essential oils already in it. The Jets felt so relaxing and it was nice to not have to be in our swim suits since we had our own room. The first time we went they had sprinkled rose petals, the second time they didn't. Maybe request it if you really like roses. The Shower is a nice relaxing and clean way to end the day. It is big enough for two people and has over 10 places that water shoots out for a nice shower massage. I had to ask for shampoo and conditioner, but they were more than happy to get some from the salon for me. I think there should just be shampoo and conditioner already in the shower. Most people after a hot bath and a lotion massage would want to wash their hair I would think. All and all I think we will keep coming back due to the price and the services. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the place we eat lunch is in the kitchen, which is also the workers break room and where they keep the wine for the whole spa. This lead to frequent visits from workers coming in and out to grab things. It would be nice if there was a more romantic place to eat, maybe on a cafe table in the hydrotherapy room? WORTH GOING TO!!!! read more

Took my LOVE for the Romeo and Juliet Package and she was not a fan of massages for various reasons and past experience, but she Loved it here said it was the Best Date of her life and after 10yrs of trying I hit it big with this SPA. The owners know what they are doing, you have to try the couples package your Spouse will Love it. The Price is more than fair actually is inexpensive compared to other spas that offer similar but not the same couples packages. Ok honestly... Ew! I saw good reviews and thought it would be nice to go for my anniversary. We got the "couples 20 minute hydrotherapy" aka sit in a over sized bath tub with cheap bath crystals. Super loud jets and they splash all over your face. The place was honestly a really run down spa. Also not to mention to sit in a bath for 20 minutes it was $40? We had to wait on the front desk lady for over 10 minutes. When she came out she had no uniform just an old Aeropostale t shirt with run down jeans. Super professional! read more

I went in to get my nails dipped for a special occasion. Everything went well except for the outcome of my nails. The nail lady was such in a hurry it felt like, and having had my nails dipped for the first time didn't know what to expect. I've heard so many great things about dipping and how long it lasts. First my nails weren't touched up at the nail bed so they were all out of shape and there were spots where I guess her finger had removed some one the dip powder. I went home and noticed that the dip was lifting from the bottom of my nail on all my fingers and now being 3 days out my polish/dip is catching my hair. Worst nail salon choice that offers very poor quality of a service. read more

Let me start by saying WOW. I get a massage every month and decided to try this place out because their prices were so much cheaper than other places in town. The place is very clean and I was greeted with a friendly smile when I walked in the door. I spent 20 minutes in the hydrotherapy tub before my massage and it really helped me to relax before my massage. Plus they give you all the wine you can drink. The massage therapist Lindsey did an amazing job with just the right amount of pressure and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!
