Since I had been a customer there previously, I expected to pay more, but I certainly wasn't expecting what came next. I received a text message informing me that my one-time massage would cost $180. I was then told I could receive the $89.99 rate if I signed up for a 12-month membership. I informed the business that I was not interested in a membership. They then offered a shorter 3-month membership for $109 per month. At that point, I canceled my appointment. The enormous gap between the advertised price and the price I was actually quoted created a deceptive and misleading customer experience. For a company built around wellness, relaxation, and self-care, the pricing experience felt surprisingly stressful. Customers should know what they're likely to pay before investing time in scheduling an appointment. Because I felt the pricing practices were misleading, I submitted a complaint to the FTC for review.

Before my massage yesterday, I had a long list of issues: chronic stiffness, pain from old injuries, muscle fatigue, two muscles that wouldn't stop twitching, lower back pain, and overall tension. It felt like a lot, but Aaron listened carefully to every concern and walked me through exactly how he planned to treat each one. I wasn't familiar with techniques like fire cupping and muscle scraping with a gua sha tool, but Aaron explained them clearly and patiently so I knew what to expect and how they would help. Then, the massage. Omigosh, the ~best~ full-body massage I've ever had. Aaron's pressure is amazing. It was not only deeply relaxing but also incredibly effective. He precisely addressed every area of tension I told him about (my list was so long I was sure he'd forget some but he didn't), even identifying connections like my tight quads contributing to discomfort in my lower back. He gave my quads and hips the best stretch I've ever experienced. I've had massage and stretching at other establishments and none of them did what Aaron did, wow! One thing I feel I should mention is the need for communication. Aaron's pressure is deep, if it's too much, make sure to say something. Additionally, if you notice a spot that needs attention during your massage, tell him. I didn't realize I had some sore spots in two additional places and he took time to work on those too. Aaron offers 70 min, 100 and 120 minute massages. Treat yourself to a 120 minute session if you have lots of issues. You will not regret it! By the end, I was so relaxed I wasn't sure I could drive home! Today I feel like a completely new person. The pain and tightness are gone from every one of my spots, I feel light and rejuvenated! I live a very active lifestyle which can be hard on my middle aged body, so I'm extremely grateful to have found Aaron and confident I've found someone who can help keep me pain-free, and doing all of the things I love. My daughter got her hair butchered by a new talent stylist named Leslie. Cut her hair wet, including face framing layers so obviously when she dried it the layers were awful & choppy. Typically it takes at least an hour for a new stylist cut if not longer, but my daughter was in/out in 35-40 min. In addition a more experienced stylist would inspect & give feedback- that didn't happen My daughter gave feedback about the experience to the checkout girl but there was no manager onsite to discuss further. I ended up calling later in the day to speak to a manager & was told she'd be in on 12/26 & to expect a call. The front desk person also said they've had problems with Leslie & she had already been talked to. Not much solace for my daughter, at least the bright side is her hair will grow back. I called the salon today, 12/27 and was told the manager Mack was on vacation so not sure why the previous person promised me a callback on 12/26 I asked if there was at least an asst mgr on today & was told no.
