You definitely can't be shy as you are mostly uncovered the entire time. And the women working there were very friendly but didn't speak English that great so you may have trouble communicating nuanced requests. Chinese style massage is a little rough but sometimes you want that. Definitely can get very deep tissue, some chiropractic like stretching... And the price is pretty good. I think the foot massages are a better deal. The body massage ends in hot stone massage which is nice. I have had better and I think I may pay about the same price for a little more ambience at a more spa style place. I would suggest they institute a low level of noise (please whisper and ask your other guests to whisper) and observe a higher level of modesty (some artful sheet folding would do the trick).
