Her hands were shaking which made me a little nervous but she did not cut me. However, rather than cutting my toenails straight across, she cut them at angles on the sides and then when she filed, she filed the edges. I then asked her to file them straight and another nail tech came over and took over for her. Of course, now I have an ingrown toenail. With that said, every time I've had Sophia she has been great.
