MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE: The purple elastic fitted sheet on the table WAS DIRTY--white flakes all over. Had an old fleece throw as cover instead of proper sheets. Absolutely disgusting; I asked therapist to change the sheets. I paid for 2.5 hour package--they were "done" with my treatments 20 minutes early. I will never return. Must be a hack shop for tourists.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Himalayan Wellness Spa in Ormond Beach, Florida. Their advertised Groupon deal turned out to be a scam. After purchasing the Groupon voucher, I tried to schedule an appointment, but the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The so-called owner insisted that I pay them directly instead of using the Groupon, claiming that they don't make any money from Groupon deals. Not only did they refuse to honor the voucher, but they also ignored my attempts to contact them. Their deceptive tactics and lack of integrity left me feeling scammed and frustrated. I would strongly advise against giving this establishment any of your time or money.
