I am a repeat customer of Massage 5 and have consistently paid for 90-minute massages (typically around $110 plus tip) without issue. I also participated in their punch card program, which indicates that after 10 visits, the next service is "FREE." On 4/4/26, I presented a completed card and specifically confirmed in advance with the older Asian gentleman, at the front desk, that it would cover my 90-minute massage. I was told "yes." After the service was completed, I was informed that the "FREE" visit did not apply as stated. Instead, I was told it only represented a $30 discount, and I was expected to pay the remaining balance. At no point prior to the service was this limitation clearly explained, nor is it indicated on the punch card itself. This resulted in something different being presented after the service than what was confirmed beforehand. I made a good-faith effort to clarify the situation at the time, including using translation to avoid any misunderstanding, but the issue was not resolved. I ultimately paid $70 to conclude the transaction. My concern is not the cost itself, but the lack of clear, consistent communication regarding the terms of what is listed on the card. If "FREE" is intended to mean a partial discount, then that should be explicitly stated and consistently communicated before services are rendered. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business and will not be returning.

But my neck and my shoulder blade have hurt so terribly and have been in such a strain that my muscles are as hard as can be I can't sleep I never get any relief. I drove by and just saw this place and thought I'll just give it a try. The masseuse name was Coco. She was so fantastic she gave me a deep massage she found the muscle that was so hard under my shoulder blade that hurts so bad and she would pop it back and forth and she would not give up she stayed on it and putting oils and Hot rocks and after about 10 minutes that muscle is and when it did my whole body relaxed I just couldn't believe it I wanted to cry with joy. Then she rubbed my neck it was just heavenly. When she went down my back was feeling really good she kept going back up to make sure that shoulder blade was still in good shape, but when she went down the back of my leg the muscle and behind my thigh... When she pressed into it I saw Stars I had no idea that it was in such bad shape it was hurting so bad and I told her I couldn't believe it that she had found this spot again she rubbed on it until she got it out and feeling good I am 66 years old and I've had many massages but I have never had anything like what coco did.
