Linda was recommended to me by a friend, have had her cut my hair twice now. She listened to what I was wanting and gave advice on how we could get there. She is professional yet engaging. Yolanda has been doing my hair for awhile and I am always please with my cut. I have thick coarse hair and she knows just how to cut.

They just can't keep the good ones...constantly rotating employees...too many newbies or not so good at listening too what the customer says I have a short hair cut but I still want to be feminine but most times I leave looking a little ..butch.. if you know what i mean...i hate to drive to the other side of town ...when you are so close..i drive all day with my job i hate driving on the weekends...its what i have to deal with for convenience.. WORST HAIR EXPERIENCE EVER! Do not go to that place. They not only don't do what the customer asks. They also do what the customer SPECIFICALLY tells them not to. They damaged my hair badly, and won't give me a refund. Not even a partial one. Please do not put your hair in those people's hands. You will regret badly. Honestly the worst salon I have ever walked into, I went in to get a few hair products and seen they had a special going on get one buy one 50% off. I paid for my items and looked at my receipt in which my items did not ring up correctly so I asked for a refund, and was told to wait on some other stylist that was out for a cigarette break. After 15 minutes of waiting my daughter got antsy so we did some shopping and came back, right away she was rude and told me she could not do anything about it so I asked for a manager in which she had already left for the day. The stylist was very rude about not being able to give me my refund and threatened me that she was going to call security if I did not leave. I left and returned the next day (03/06/16), some other stylist was able to refund my money I asked if she was the manager and she said no and asked if I would like to talk to one, I was beyond disgusted with the situation of being threaten to have security called in front of many customers that I did not want to deal with the manager in which she looked at me as I walked in and gave me a dirty look so I told the lady no it's okay and told her the situation she then thought it would be best to tell the manager. The manager came over the lady doing my refund was about to tell her the situation when she said she already knew what happened and that I was threatening her stylist so that she had the right to threaten me with security so I then asked for her name and she then said go ahead call and complain about me too. I am so disgusted by this situation that I will definitely go above and beyond to let anyone know about their awful service! read more
