She went to redeem it last week, only to be told they would not honor it because the actual gift card was apparently not inside the envelope we were given at the time of purchase. Tina looked up the purchase on her computer and confirmed that the gift certificate had been purchased, had never been redeemed, and that the receipt clearly showed the purchase date, the $200 amount, and the gift card number that we believe was never provided to us. Despite having all of this documentation proving the gift certificate was legitimately purchased and had never been used, she refused to honor it. I tried to reason with her, explaining that their own records proved the gift certificate was valid and unused, but she would not budge. Good customer service means working with customers to resolve situations like this, especially when your own records support their claim. Instead, we were simply turned away. To make matters worse, the facility itself did not appear to be very clean, which is always a red flag for a massage spa. We will never return, and I certainly cannot recommend this business to anyone else. Losing a customer over a situation that could have been resolved so easily is unfortunate and completely avoidable.

What I did experience however, was extreme difficulty in trying to get an appointment with the woman, to the point that it warrants a review. It is evident that she is fully booked and shows no inclination to accommodate new clients. Her direction is that you should text her the day before a desired appointment time to check for cancellations (she won't contact you), or to text her on the last day of the month for any potential openings during the upcoming months-the answer I got after multiple attempts was a consistent and simple one word answer: "no". When you're dealing with inflamation and pain and you need a skilled massage therapist, having somebody brush you aside like that is off-putting. I played by her rules for a couple of weeks and it became clear to me that she has no inclination to take on new clients. Waiting a few days or even maybe a week I get, but multiple weeks or even a month? And you have to kept texting her? A worthwhile practitioner would say something like "I'm not taking on new clients right now, however I have a waitlist and I'll call you if I get an opening". Honesty goes a long way and feeling like you're being played and just being put on the back shelf in case she has a space to fill her calendar, is ridiculous. She may be a great practitioner but the arrogance and dismissiveness that she shows for people negates that. It's a pretty surprising attitude to get from a massage therapist. I, like many of her clients, have had great massages all over the place and blah blah blah. We've all had good massage therapists. Ariana is not the only one out there. Maybe in this area sadly, but certainly not the only one that's talented. Two thumbs down.

They are located on the west side of Federal Highway. The strip is a bit run down with a tattoo parlor, an Asian market, a psychic, a smoke shop, and a few other stores easily accessed from the main road. There's parking right out front. My husband and I came for two half-hour foot massages. And when we arrived, they took us right away. We were ushered into a front room which had two chaises, where we were directed to lie down. We were covered with towels and a covering was placed over our eyes. There was soft relaxing music playing in the background. Unlike other food massage places, we did not soak our feet in water. Instead, our feet were cleaned with alcohol spray and a wash cloth. The massage itself concentrated on our feet only. There was a very small time on the lower legs. Even though it wasn't the best foot massage I've ever had, it's always a relaxing and welcome experience to have this done. So I'm very glad we came. And a big thank you to my husband for treating me!
