I was at a loss, worried that I wouldn't find someone to cut my hair, now that I live here in Mount Vernon as of a month ago (originally from Scottsdale, AZ). I was hurt by the arms-length interaction with Per Dona Salon, so pulled up my bootstraps, and wiped my tears. Then I called Spero. She was courteous, used endearing words with me, was patient although I caught her in the middle of lunch eating before she had a meeting in 10 minutes. She also helped me to pair my stylist preference up (helped me to understand her website) with patience, and also listened to my sob story about how the Per Dona Salon interaction made me feel. Tamera is a genuine person (no fluff) and shared her awesome story about why she chose to open Spero Skin Spa Salon. Her vulnerability and raw nature make me excited to find a stylist right for me at her place. I'll start with Dani and see where it goes.
