Went for a 60min massage and had Rebecca as my masseuse. She reviewed my needs and pressure levels before starting. The massage was great. There were only a few times the pressure seemed a bit high, but I was okay with it and didn't ask to change the level. The room was nice and clean and the table was comfortable. The only difference for me from other places was the room stayed brightly lit the whole time, but maybe it's harder to dim with the external windows. Wasn't a big deal for me, but some people may not like that. The pricing is very competitive and they also offer deals on 3 and 6 massage packages. read more

So, Dr. Paul Ralston (previously of Healthwise Chiropractic) struck out on his own and with his wife, Tonya, opened this very beautiful and versatile clinic. The decor is very modern, upscale and chic, yet calming...just the way a place that bills itself as a spa should be! Upon entering, you approach the reception desk. It is large and in charge, but in a very good way. It definitely sets the mood of the space! The clinic is divided into two halves: to the left is the chiropractic area and to the right is the spa. There is a comfortable waiting area on the chiropractic side with a small niche area for children to play. Also on this side, sort of behind the waiting area, is the therapy area. I like how it is slightly separated by a wall from the rest of that side of the building, because, honestly, I wouldn't want people staring at me as I have to do leg lifts or other forms of therapy! Directly next to the waiting area is a room complete with a fireplace (I don't know if it is electric or gas, but it is a nice touch in the room) and comfy chairs. If you need electric muscle stimulation, this is the room you go to. The entrance wall is glass, so people can see you, but inside is set up like another waiting area where you can either read a magazine or talk with others who are in there. Next to this room is the room where all the joint cracking, feels-so-good adjustments take place. It is very roomy and could host a small cocktail party! Across from this room is the consultation room, and next to that is Dr. Paul's office. The chiropractic side is decorated with a mix of industrial and woodsy charm. There is wallpaper featuring birch saplings and a mural of a raccoon in a tree. Soothing gray walls are complimented by darker wood furniture and silver/metallic accents throughout. On the right of the clinic is a small room which is the waiting room for the spa treatments: massage and aesthetics. There are two massage rooms off of this room; one in a lighter gray and the other in shades of purple. I didn't get a good look at the aesthetician's room (also just off the waiting room) because it was occupied and I didn't want to disturb the person in there, but it looked comfortable (I don't want to over use the word soothing, but that is how this whole place looks to me!). Coming back to the entrance of the spa side, there is a hall that leads to the yoga studio. Whoa mama! The room is gorgeous and spacious. Think private studio, not walk-in-off-the-street-hot-yoga. I think I was told that they can accommodate 6-9 people comfortably in there.....equipment is provided for your use. Across from the yoga studio is a tiny hallway area in which the bathrooms and clinic kitchen are situated. The spa side is decorated with gray as well, to tie in with the chiropractic side, but when you look at it closely, it is almost a purple-y gray. Accents on this side are also silver metallic, but cream as well, with a few surprises thrown in. *Hint: look up! Although this clinic is further from my house, I will continue to come here as needed, because the relief I get is soooo worth the trip. Dr. Paul and Tonya are very friendly and welcoming; your treatment is personal and you feel like a family member, not a client.
