This location has gone to the dogs under the new ownership... The new owner terminated my therapist moments after he gave his two weeks notice... Which happened FIVE minutes before my appointment, telling me "sorry but he doesn't work here anymore and we don't have a replacement". Clearly clients and staff are NOT valued here (given it's the same owner of Eastvale and another, I hold no faith in those location either). Since the new owner it feels like a used car lot with the push for buying more session, and buying their overpriced products. They're sneaky sneak with canceling membership too... They kept ignoring all my cancelation forms, emails, and requests... All to get another month of dues. There's no one to reach out to. Massage Envy Headquarters either doesn't exist or doesn't care (my "concerns" were passed on to the franchise owner). So no... I'd stay far FAR away! read more

Arie is one of the best, if not the best Aesthetician I have ever gone too... So pleasant to talk to as well.. But, I'm sure I talk her ear off..( I'm rather chatty) I hesitate to post my 10 star review, because she will book up & I won't get in... Oh a different note... I see why they are not getting the stars they feel they deserve. I made an appointment for my wife to get a 60 min message and she came home unhappy. The therapist rubbed her down with cold lotion and immediately went into a firm massage rather than starting light and adjusting to the customers comfort. Most times the therapist is standing by the door when the session is complete, however after her session there was noone there. This will probably be the last time we waste our money here. The current front office manager, who unfortunately tried to scam me out of $320.00 needs, at the very least, help with customer relations. Client Beware: Massage Envy in Corona at Eagle Glen was horrible. The management is not doing their job professionally, courteously, and accurately. The front desk workers schedule you an appointment inaccurately. Management doesn't check the appointments for the day and tell you that this happened. They don't call you at all. Everyone should be on the same page with the schedule of these workers, and with all of their duties, including but not limited to the duties of the massage therapists, estheticians, etc. They have an attitude. No sense of personalized treatment for each client whatsoever. You're just a number and they care a lot more about the money made. read more

I love my massages here! I have found that Jay has healing hands and a technique that is balanced and just the right pressure. I have tried 5 masseuses/ masseurs here, and Jay and Beth are definitely my favorites! I haven't tried everyone yet, but Jay is so talented that I'm reluctant to go anywhere else. I had a massage today (5/5/23) with Kian-- let me say, one of the best massages I've had. I have pretty severe scoliosis and tons of knots in my back, so my back is almost always in pain. Rescheduled time after time and very hard to get back to back services accumulated (we have several months of no service that we paid for) only to find out they scheduled my wife today and not the 30th. I wish I could give this 5 stars because I was so looking forward to my massage! I was able to schedule the appointment for same-day which was great. I went in after work at 6:30. It was my first time with them so they took me to the tranquility room to fill out a few forms. Once done the lady let me know my masseuse would be in to get me. Well, she was about 8 minutes late which I was already bummed about. I got a massage from Valerie. Her massage was great and she was very good about asking where I wanted my areas of focus to be, etc. but, she talked the entire time! I am usually a person that just relaxes during my massage and zones out but I felt like I had to keep up a conversation the entire time which made my massage fly by and I felt like I couldn't really enjoy it. Once the massage was over I noticed I didn't get the fully hour since we started late. Then immediately you walk out relaxed and ready to pay and they try to sell you on a monthly membership and instantly my relaxation went away. The "introductory" rate of $70 was not worth it in my opinion. I don't mind paying for quality but I feel like I can get a better experience somewhere else. read more

It had been 2 years since I've visited Massage Envy, my sweet son bought me a GC for an hour session. The clerk even wrote one hour session on the card- he was so excited to give it to me. The woman charged me $100 for an hours massage. With $20 tip I paid $60 out of pocket. This isn't what he had intended and certainly was ripped off. I feel so bad that he saved up his chore money for such an extravagant gift thinking I would get an hour of stress free bliss. Instead I got stuck with a big bill. I've been here twice and it has been wonderful both times. The appointment setting has been easy, the staff at the front desk was excellent and the atmosphere was clean, upscale and calming. I had Kim for my massage therapist and she did a great job! She really eased my back pain. My physical therapist recommended a deep tissue massage following an injury. Kim doesn't do deep tissue, but she does do a firm massage. She really got to the right spots and worked out the muscle. On a side note: I glanced at some of the other reviews for this location and they all sound like entitled brats. Oh no, they had to wait 3 whole minutes to be acknowledged by the front staff, or the receptionist made a mistake. Nothing about the real service they offer. Sorry for the little rant, but yelp reviews really affect small businesses and everyone should just be a little more patient and kind. read more

This place is amazing!! I am always recommending my massage therapist, Chris, to everyone!!! His massages are great because it does trigger point massages and is very knowledgeable in working in areas of strains from accidents. This place deserves the max stars because of him, BUT unfortunately my appointment yesterday was his last day working at Massage Envy Corona He is now going to be at the ME Temecula location, no doubt I will be driving to get my massages-He's totally worth it!! Im not impressed with this Massage Envy location. I had a membership and found a massage therapist that I liked but she ended up moving out of state..I continued going and trying out different therapists but they weren't that good and the front desk staff that answered the phone were almost always rude. They didn't seem to enjoy working there, rushed through the massage, and they would NEVER be the full hour (they always start 5-10 minutes after appt time and then end the massage 5-10 minutes early). I canceled my membership but had 1 massage left that I already paid for so I went to the Wildomar location and it was MUCH better. I highly recommend the Wildomar location over this one. Update: I love how massage envy replied to one part of my comment and ignored everything else! I obviously understand that it takes a couple minutes to have a consultation and for dressing but if my appointment is at 4 and I'm in the WAITING ROOM until 4:10 then im not being consulted with or dressing during that time, and then my massage is over at 4:50... that's not even 50 minutes for a massage. I called for a prenatal massage and when I talked to the receptionist she asked specific questions about you want to concentrate on your neck and back? I said yes. I came in and filled out the questionaire about what areas to be concentrated on I put neck and back and no foot massage. When I got my massage I had 35 min of mostly my limbs and feet. Not what I wanted. In the end what's the point of filling out a questionnaire and the receptionist asking what you want and you didn't get that massage. I've read other reviews of the same thing happening. If I wanted a foot massage I should have went to a reflexology massage place not somewhere that say its suppose to be tailored to your needs. I have gotten massages and prenatal massages at other places before and I asked the massage therapist to massage my lower back and she said I didn't think you would want that because you had your underwear on. Again, I have dozens of massages elsewhere but never I had I taken off my underwear to get my buttocks massage they have asked if it's okay and I said yes many times but why the need to voice out my opinion when there was a questionnaire filled out prior.
