I've suffered from migraines most of my life. I found J&J a few months ago when I was having a really bad one. They were able to get me in that day for a regular massage and I couldn't believe how much they were able to alleviate my pain. Since then I've been going regularly for a massage and also started incorporating craniosacral therapy (which is amazing!) once a week. The results are starting to show as my migraines are starting to slow down. I've seen several of their massage therapists and every single one is beyond fantastic! I've started taking my husband too and I don't think either one of us is going to stop going any time soon. We both look forward to massage day knowing how fabulous we're going to feel afterwards. I have been coming here for about a year now and have had appointments with multiple therapist's and have never received a bad massage. However, I have a severe spinal injury and have not had the level of relief in 20+ years of massages as I have with Annalise. My situation is unique to my own issues (as everyone's), I go once a week and it's what keeps me functional. I can say with certainty that overall you cannot go wrong with this business. Miho is the best masseuse I've ever had in my life! She has magic hands - whatever pain you come in with, you will leave without. She is also so kind & asks you what areas of the body need the most help & really listens to your needs & works to deliver. I first came to her for a prenatal massage about 3 weeks before I gave birth & then back for a postnatal massage 3 weeks after. Both massages were absolutely phenomenal. I just walked out of my post natal one & I feel like I went to a post pregnancy & delivery body rehab. She could specialize in this area! I never write reviews but I couldn't let this one go. Probably the worst massage and experiences I've had. I booked my appointment the day before and requested a deep tissue massage due to neck and shoulder blade pain which I stated to the person booking my appointment. I arrived early and was requested to fill out a new form since they couldn't find my old one. Form was completed before my appointment time. Monica was my therapist. She didn't introduce herself or start on time. No big deal I figured she would make up the time. Not only did she start 15 minutes late but she ended early for my one hour massage that was supposed to be a deep tissue. I stated before she started that I really had a lot of knots on my right shoulder blade and neck. I needed them worked out. She basically gave me a back rub not using her thumbs at all. Not to mention the massage was all over the place doing different motions and not constant on both sides of the body. I kept waiting for her to massage and give pressure since I asked for a deep tissue massage when I booked. When it was over I let her know this was not what I had requested and she said she did more of a combo massage because she doesn't do deep tissue. I asked her why I was booked with someone who doesn't deep tissue? She said her manager Paula is the one who made the appointment and she's not sure. She ended up changing me $70 for the loss of time rather than $80. I wasn't looking for a discount just a deep tissue massage. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Monica and wouldn't go back. read more

I found this place on yelp and decided to give them a try. I requested someone who will be good at deep tissue massage and I was assigned : Marquita.. She is freaking amazing. Probably one of the best massages I have ever had and I get them almost weekly. She is strong and was able to get rid 80% of a shoulder blade knot I have been struggling with for over a year. I also has a strained muscle knot for a few weeks, and she got rid of it completely. Love this place! friendly, great communication. highly recommend this place. read more

I've been having some shoulder and back pain the las few weeks. I figured I'd get a massage, plus my parents have been raving about this place for awhile. So I went in for my first appointment about three weeks ago. Olivia my masseuse was amazing! I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after my one hour massage. It was so good that I booked my second appointment straight away and I even booked one for my husband. My shoulder pain and back pain were almost nonexistent the next day. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, the receptionist was very friendly and nice. Offering water when I got there and after my massage. The rooms were clean and I loved the oils that they used. Due to my work schedule, I never have just one massage therapist -- I need to schedule myself according to whomever available that day. Let me tell you this: I never once leave with disappointment. Everyone is SO good-- each obviously has different massage technique, but everyone has the same goal: to release the pain. I am a nurse and have been working about 6 days a week. I have built up tension in my entire back and was desperately needing a massage. On the day of my massage I called to see if they had any openings and luckily they had one opening left for the entire day. I had booked my massage with Marquita. I requested for an hour and a half combo massage/deep tissue with cupping. When I arrived everyone was very friendly. I told Marquita the areas that were causing me the most pain (my back and hips). Because of the pain I was in, requesting a combo/deep tissue massage I knew it would be painful and that's exactly what I needed so that I wouldn't be in pain later. I dislike getting a massage and leaving feeling the same as I walked in. This was definitely not the case. I have had many massages in the past and this massage was different (in a good way). The massage table had a warmer on, which felt great. Marquita had me start off by facing up. She massaged my face and rubbed knots out of my neck. Typically, when I tell masseuse's I have hip pain they barely focus on the area. Marquita didn't miss! With the cupping she focused on all of my knots rather than just putting the cups in a symmetrical pattern. After the massage I asked her about my body, she gave me recommendations on when I should come back, and told me the type of massage I would benefit from most. Terrible! i call to make an appointment at 5:00 PM and was confirmed. when I arrived, the lady in the front desk told me that the therapist was stuck in traffic.I told her that I could wait but she told me that he has already another appointment for 6:00 PM and she offered to schedule until tomorrow night. I offered to wait and that they charged me only for the time of the session, but he did not offer a solution, just said that it was up to me because since he is stuck in traffic he could not tell what time the therapist is going to arrive. Well do I start...I was at the gym on Saturday and while working out I managed to pinch my sciatica which left me unable to do much of anything that weekend. I needed help sitting up, getting out of bed, and well any movement hurt A LOT. I went in and saw Analise. She is very easy going and was able to help me out by relieving most of the pain that I walked in with. I can actually moved around with very little pain now. There's something very special -- magical -- about being worked on by someone who really, truly cares about healing her clients. Whether she's kneading out sore muscles, asking "who the heck did this to you?!" as she works on a particularly nasty knot, or even answering her phone, Analise's love for healing and serving her clients shines through. I've been coming to Analise for about half a year now, and every time, I walk away feeling like a brand new person. My favorite thing about her technique is that she alternates the very intense, hard strokes with gentle healing ones so even if the massage is quite painful (in the best way, of course), it's never too bad. Today, I told Analise that my right side was so stiff, I barely could feel my arm. She not only gave me one of the best massages I've ever had, she helped me stretch out and used cups to completely relax my muscles. The pain had gotten so bad that I couldn't sleep on my right side without waking up. But after today's session, I can tell I will be sleeping like log.
