This location is nothing but a scam. I got a membership over a year ago and I cancelled it back in April. At the time the lady told me my membership was cancelled and I had 60 days to use the rest of my unused massages. I didn't plan on using them because I had already had an overall bad experience with this location. I thought I would never have to deal with them again, and up until this past week, I haven't heard anything from them. I got an email this week saying that my June EFT had posted. Weird, I should let be getting charged when I had cancelled my membership 2 months ago. I called the salon and the girl who answered the phone had no idea why I was charged $120 for something that was cancelled. All the girl did was put me on hold for 5 minutes and then say "you'll be refunded." I asked her if she knew why this charge happened and all I got from her was "well i don't know, but you have 60 days from today to use your unused massages. Would you like to schedule one?" Uhm, no I don't, considering my 60 days was already up from when I had cancelled the membership 2 months ago. Already fed up, I told her I would call back if I ran into any more issues. On Friday, I checked my bank statement and saw they only refunded me half of the money owed to me. At this point I was done talking on the phone and decided I would come in and figure this out. The girl at the front desk said "oh you aren't the first person to come in today for being charged after your membership was cancelled" WTH!!! Big red flags. She took me to who I am assuming is the office manager. She told me and I quote "I can only refund a certain amount at a time. I was gonna get around to getting you the rest" Excuse me, it's already been 3 days since I had called the first time. My other half should have been refunded by now. Thankfully, the lady told me that she would refund me the rest of my money, which she should have already refunded me. I also noticed that the computer said my cancel date was 6/5/19... that is a total lie because I had cancelled at the beginning of April. 6/5/19 is when I called them to tell them they stole money from me. I believe they forgot to cancel my account and thought it would be ok to just take $120 from me. (thankfully I kept the copy they gave me of the paper you sign when you cancel a membership.) This place is an absolute joke. This woman had no intentions of giving me the rest of my money that I was owed. Then on top of that they couldn't tell me why it happened. If you're going to take $120 from me, you better have a damn good excuse when asked about it. Never will I recommend this scam of a place to anyone. It is a JOKE. read more
