They are a very difficult company to deal with. If you want to do anything other than buy a service, use a service, you have to deal with your home location. And that may not be the closest location because you moved. Want to change locations? Can't unless you move to a new state. Don't accidently stack up sessions during a pandemic you will have to continue to buy more in order to use the ones you already have. There are plenty great employees working, nut to say otherwise. I have been to many Massage Envy's throughout the country and the lack of customer service at this location is astounding!! I was purchasing a skin product from the shelf which had a sign clearly stating the product name and price, when the manager rang up the purchase she told me it was $50 not the $44. I pointed out the signage and her reply was that the price went up and they hadn't changed the sign..... she would not honor the price posted and her solution was to say " sorry". Then I went into my facial appt and the esthetician told me that the after care kit which comes with the Facial Peel Treatment was out of stock so I could get a different treatment or do the peel but not get the after care kit until a later unknown date. I had driven 2 hours for this appointment specifically for the peel. I would have appreciated a phone call prior so I could have rescheduled. I asked the manager if I could replace the "kit" with another product or if they could send the "kit" to me, of course her reply was "no sorry". AND don't even bother to try and contact Massage Envy Corporate Office they don't pick up their phone and after leaving 4 messages have never return the call!! I will be cancelling my membership and make sure to let people know how poor the service is at Everett location and Massage Envy in general. read more

Let me stat with I've been a member for over 10 years. At the beginning of my service the therapist suggested that the CBD oil would be beneficial and asked if I'd like that. Considering I have hours banked that I need to use I decided to take that suggestion. Upon checking out I was told it's a $30 add on that I needed to pay extra for. Can't use my account credits. I've never been charged for other add ons at other locations. This was not disclosed. I paid it because what other option do I have after the fact? Maybe I should have asked, but nowhere else have I been made to pay for an add on. It was deducted from my account at other locations. I did speak up and was told I can get service at any Massage Envy. Basically, go somewhere else. I then asked how many hours I have banked to use. Forty-two hours banked and I can't use any of that for the addition of an oil to the massage I'm already getting. $30 EXTRA for one massage with CBD oil? It's been quite a long time since I've been this irritated. My massage was only ok and this up charge for different oil in cash is gouging. Needless to say the benefits of my massage were erased before I left the lobby. This branch is one star. Would not visit again. Total bologna. read more

Can't get managers to call me.. there's no support through phone (left voicemail). They have to throttle clients per "protocol" so don't waste your money here on a chemical peel. They will give you their weakest treatment available even if you're experienced which they don't tell you till AFTER treatment. I wouldn't have bought !! I'm used to massages that are $400 per person. This is a great in between. My first visit they broke what they had to and relieved my severe pain. My next visits were medium pressure and helped keep me feeling good. You have to schedule appointments right away. No one is special so get them set up a month in advanced. It's worth every minute. If you miss a month you get to double up on time which is great too. You might have to try multiple therapists too. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! OWNER AND STAFF OF THIS FRANCHISE IS UNPROFESSIONAL! Was a member since 2012 loyally. During Covid they lost 1/2 of their staff and out the door my 2 therapist went. No fault of my own, all theirs that I couldn't book because they had no one available comparable to my old therapist. I was going to cancel my membership, but one of their managers tried to retain my business. We came up with a signed contract to give me and my husband extended time to use up our credits because we had so many and new therapists were hiring in. I felt content and satisfied I would have an opportunity to keep my business with them. Fast forward a couple months I receive an email from the manager who made arrangements to extend my account, stating the owner fired her while she was on vacation celebrating her anniversary. That situation having nothing to do with me (so I thought) I still continued to use their services. However, their therapist kept cancelling our appointments, sometimes on the hour of our appointment. We soon got fed up and decided to cancel our membership altogether. Upon speaking to the front desk Desiree to confirm the terms we had with the previous manager were still valid, Desiree completely speaks over me while I'm trying to talk, completely rude and unprofessional so I let her get a few more sentences in and I begin to talk to which she still talks over me, so I continue to talk and she says "can you stop talking so I can talk?" She had no understanding of what good customer service is to which I respond "so you can interrupt and talk over me all you want, but when I do it to you, you can't handle it?" At that point I asked to speak to a hire up. This is where the owner Edna Christianson comes into play. She contacts me and tells me she is reverting my termination date back to my original date I wanted to cancel my membership. She stated whatever agreement I had with the manager she fired is void because she is the owner and she didn't approve it. If I wanted to use my credits in full and have time (43 credits) to use them all I needed to reactive my service because she wasn't going to make any money off me if my account was on a freeze" enough said, I moved my business to the Mill Creek location and found therapist I was happy with. They tried to pull my account and credits over to work with me since this location wasn't working with me and you guessed it, Edna refused to give up my profile to Mill Creek and corporate cannot do anything because it's a franchise. And the nerve Edna has to still try to contact me asking me to come back and use their services and location. This lady needs mental help. read more

I won a silent auction and got two gift certificates one for a facial and one for a massage. Luckily I had never been to a massage envy as these only covered the introductory rate for first time visitors and were actually good for a set dollar amount rather than an actual service. I was hoping to go to a location closer to my house, but had such a hard time scheduling with that location. They told me I had to do both services on the same day to use the amount available on the gift cards and still wanted a credit card number to hold the appt. They had a really hard time finding someone who could do this and fit my schedule and eventually told me I should go to another location which I thought was not very good customer service. Scheduling at this location was very easy, I was told it was okay to use my gift cards for different services on different days which was definitely my preference and still be able to use the introductory rate. I was able to find a time that worked for me without having to go out of my way and I could book the appt by using the gift card #. Customer service was drastically better than my experience via my phone call to another location. I was reluctant to use this location as it was located in the mall, but plenty of parking and not too far of a walk if you go in one of the Macy's entrances. Even the paperwork process here is pleasant. There are two waiting rooms in this location which has doors that separate it off from the mall. The desk people are very friendly and explained everything in great detail. They also offered me tea, or water and gave me a warm wrap for my neck. There is also a separate bathroom in here as well, so no need to walk the long distance to the mall ones. There's also a binder that gives information on the various therapist, however I was not able to find mine in there. Both my facial and massage were fabulous. Both people I worked with checked in to see what I was looking for out of my appt and did a really excellent job. I really love the heated pads that you lay on. I was happy to not be pressured to buy products after my facial and just sent home with some recommendations. I especially loved my massage by Beau. I really felt like I got the best massage I have had in a long time and truly the full body experience. I'd run a 10k the day before and this was unbelievably great for my sore muscles. I gave a lot of thought to the monthly membership as I enjoyed my massage so much, but I don't feel like I am in a place to take on a 12 month commitment at this time. 59$ a month adds up fast and of course gratuity would need to be included. Sadly the price has just increased in the last few days for those who did not join prior and now makes it even more unaffordable for me. If I was rich I would definitely do this and have added this to my Christmas list. Fingers crossed. read more

Much to my own dismay, I decided to give this chain another chance. If you've read my review about the Massage Envy in Palos Verdes, you'd think I'd never, and I mean NEVER, would come back. But I had just spent an evening of tossing and turning in lower back pain, so I figured that enough was enough. I wanted to find a masseuse that was near work (so I could go immediately after), that was open late (Massage Envy is open until 9 during the week), and that could see me that day. I called in the early afternoon and booked an appointment with James for 6:30 PM that same night. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the reception staff, who had me fill out a questionnaire (since it had been about 3-4 years since I had my last massage). I was offered water or tea as a refreshment while I waited. I was then taken in the back and given a tour of the massage and facial facilities, and then I sat in the Tranquility Room with a heated neck pad to wait for James. When James arrived, he took me back to his room while talking to me about the pains that I had been having. He suggested a full body massage (not too deep or intensive) that concentrated on my lower back. After educating me about the various muscles that I could have strained, James left me to get undressed and get under the blankets/sheets on the table. You can have the sheets warmed to your preference. Soothing music played while I relaxed. I'm no massage expert by any means, but I had a great massage. James was very instructive and attentive, asking me if I was comfortable, and if I felt better. I'm a big baby, so some of the stuff he did hurt a bit...but in a good way...not in a way where I was flinching from the pain. I definitely felt much better after the massage, and definitely more relaxed. I decided to sign up for a membership since I figured I'd be back on a somewhat regular basis to manage the pain. Membership is $59/month (with an option for a facial for $10 more), and that gives you one 1-hour massage. If you want a second massage in that month, you can pay a discounted price of $39. If you think about what a normal massage costs, that's an extremely good deal. Only downside is that the membership is for a year, but I imagine I'll make good use of it. Members can also bring/refer friends for a discounted massage price as well. On my way out, James showed me some ways to stretch while I am at work/home. I have yet to do any of these (for shame!), but it was helpful to know. Overall, I am a very pleased customer. I don't know if it's the difference between California and Washington (as I've noticed people, in general, are friendlier in Washington), but I had a completely different (and pleasant) experience this time around at Massage Envy than before. Maybe the Palos Verdes (CA) office should take a hint. read more

The level of unprofessionalism I experienced from the front desk while calling in is uncalled for. As a along term customer, I should be able to express my frustration without having some little 18 year old threaten to hang up on me and then ACTUALLY hang up. I did not swear or yell but rather ask to speak with the manager in regards to payment and transferring a credit to another location. Completely unacceptable and rude. This is why I have chosen to stay away from this location and experience massage envy else where. What I didn't like about this was having to wait 2-3 weeks between massages since they were short staffed and only had 1 therapist who could do the treatment I needed. This is why I left on top of health reasons. They require a monthly membership and if you start having massages pile up, you can transfer one to one person a year for a $10 fee. read more

I love walking into this Massage Envy and feeling immediately at ease with the soft lighting, good vibes, accommodated with a neck wrap and tea/coffee/water. The receptionists are always pleasant and make me feel welcome. I have used a few massage therapists at this location but I have to say my favorite is Beau. He is professional, funny, and friendly. The environment and services here relieves a lot of anxiety/depression, stress, and tension that I tend to build up with school, work, and exercise that I signed up for a membership! It was one of the best decisions I've made for myself and I recommend you all do the same. read more

I'm pretty much a massage virgin, having only had a few prior to my first visit to Massage Envy, using a gift card I received for my birthday. I called the Everett Mall location to set up my first appointment, to which we discussed my needs and I was booked with Matthew. I arrived to a busy reception area, but was quickly whisked away to the waiting room with the bean bag for my neck. I waited perhaps 10 minutes and Matthew greeted me and took me to the treatment room. We again talked about the type of treatment I was looking for, and I can say that Matthew truly listens. He left the room so I could change, to which I then laid down on the heated massage table (LOVE!). I really appreciate how discrete and careful Matthew is when massaging; he ensures there is full coverage at all times and places the blankets and sheets in a conservative way. Not that massages are meant to be "exposed" but I just wanted to point out that he's very thoughtful with the blanket situation. The massages he gives (I've now had 2, since I got suckered into the 'membership' for one year) are outstanding. I don't have much to compare to, but I'd describe his massages as deep tissue. He works magic on the tension in my shoulders, and works my body while still relaxing it. He also checks in to ensure the massage is a good pressure, but he's not checking in so frequently that is annoying or disturbs the peacefulness. My two complains about Massage Envy - which is NOTHING against the masseuse: The advertised "60 minute massage" is actually only 50 minutes, because 10 of those massage minutes are set aside from undressing at the beginning and redressing at the end. I tried searching the Massage Envy website for this info to no avail, so it must be in some hard-to-find small print. The other comment is that my husband paid for 3 massages at $50 each plus a $30 gratuity ($10 per massage). When he purchased the gift card, he said the lady he dealt with confirmed the rate of $50 per massage BUT - this price is only for the first visit/massage. For subsequent massages, they are $99 for 60 minutes for non-members and I think $60 for members. I will be going back for the next year since I joined their membership - which has no fee, except you sign on the dotted line to come once a month for a discounted massage rate. You can't cancel your membership but you can defer it for 6 months. Will I renew my membership? Probably not, but I would come back once in awhile to treat myself to a massage. Or better yet, maybe I'll get another gift card and let someone else treat me :) read more

Manager gave us the WORST customer service. This massage envy is located in a mall. My husband and I each have a membership and set up appointments at 8 am. This was going to be my 4th appointment at this location but my first timed for before the mall opened. We got to the mall at 8 to find the doors locked. We tried the main front doors and a few side access doors, they were all locked. So we gave up, went home and immediately called them. The women he spoke to said there's a back access door that we were supposed to us and that she couldn't help us and that the manager would have to give us a call back. 3 days later we get a call from the manager. My husband explains we were never made aware of the back entrance and we just wanted to reschedule. The manager was pretty rude, said that the front mall doors should have been unlocked and basically insinuated that we were lying. She also said that we could pay 30% of the appointment fee out of pocket or that she would have to charge 100% from our membership credit. My husband said the out of pocket expense was unacceptable, but that he understood the policy and obviously there's nothing we can do to stop them from charging the credit. He simply urged her to make sure the staff was letting future clients know how to get into the building when booking early appointments..The manager argued this point with him. We'll be booking the rest of our massages in Lynnwood (we have like 9 between the two of us) and won't be continuing our membership. read more

I have been a member of Massage Envy for 5+ years. I always have plenty of credits racked up (currently 17.5). My homebase is Lynnwood but I tend to travel to various ME's (Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Bellevue, Mill Creek...) for girl's day massages with friends who live all over the place. A couple of my gf's are also members but I have easily transferred credits to friends who are non-members as well. I like to schedule 1.5 hour massages. I try my very best to schedule a few weeks in advance as we usually have time restrictions, trying to squeeze in a massage amongst other activities. All the ME's I have called in the past have all been super friendly and wonderfully accommodating, including rearranging schedules to accommodate two 1.5 hour massages. Bending over backwards to try and accommodate my request. (I do not ask anyone to rearrange schedules. This is all done on their own accord, which I appreciate very much.) I just called the Everett Massage Envy. I asked for two 1.5 hour appts for two weeks in advance. Nope. (Granted, I am asking for a certain day and times give or take an hour.) Three weeks in advance. Nope. Four weeks in advance. Nope. I guess I was hoping that scheduling so far in advance would allow for wiggle room within the schedule (seeing as how this has been the case with all the other ME's I have called). I get it. You cannot rearrange the schedule. With other customer service reps (not necessarily ME), there is usually a tone of regret and/or apology in the voice. Not this one. It would have made the blow of not being able to schedule a month in advance easier to handle. However, it seemed as if she had better things to do and could not care less. I have moved farther away from the Lynnwood ME and I do not travel as much anymore. Unfortunately, this Everett ME is now the closest one to me (and it is still a little over a 1/2 hour away). A 1 hour+ round trip for a 1.5 hour massage is a lot when commuting and working full-time. Time is precious. I would rather cancel my ME membership than to call into the Everett ME again. I know it is a bit illogical but I now perceive all the front desk staff to have the same flippant, blase attitude as the gal I just spoke to. My first impression of Everett ME is not favorable at all. read more

Very efficient front desk and friendly. Once you book online, they will call you within 1-2 hrs. to confirm, unlike the Mill Creek office - they never called me back. I was very fortunate to get Brittani as my massage therapist for my first massage. She was warm, friendly and listened carefully to my needs and offered great advice on stretching and exercises to help alleviate my lower back pain (sciatica) and neck problems. The location is very convenient (inside Everett Mall) and the front desk, waiting room, and massage rooms are clean and soothingly warm with muted colors and nice furniture. I was so impressed that I purchased a pre-paid package of 6 massage. My only complaint is that they push you to tip after each service- I feel that I have already paid enough with the membership (works out to $70 per hr.) and to add an additional $12-20 (suggested by Massage Envy envelops) is a bit much. But Brittani is so good that she's worth it. Sadly due to the tipping I will not be coming back after my membership runs out. read more

I get a massage every month, and I'm pretty sure it's the only reason I stay sane. I have a strong preference for a deeper massage that puts my muscles back where they belong rather than a relaxing one, and the masseuse I see is really good for that. From some other ones I've seen when my regular one isn't available though, it looks like this location has a good variety of styles for people that prefer different kinds of massages. For any new people, I highly recommend carefully listening to the explanation of how plans work and reading the fine print; I've never been surprised by how things work because I paid close attention, but if you're not careful you might not expect the proper costs. read more

Meh! This place is just another CHAIN! Massage Envy deserves a 2-star for mis-matched service. This was my first time getting a $39 massage from them. I initially asked for a person with strong hands and I got Heidi Billings. Heidi is a small person that uses her body weight to provide a deep tissue massage. However, that is not what I asked for. There is a HUGE difference between someone with strong hands and strong forearms versus a person that just puts their weight into you. Although, there is nothing she can do to change that, I am completely disastisfied about the pairing up. Not to mention, she sped right through our consultation making me feel rushed when I was telling her what I needed. Overall, it is very difficult, if not impossible to set an appointment for the weekends unless you schedule early. Front desk was nice. Besides that the initial service was pretty good! I got tea to start off, the place looks nice and clean, but it is just ANOTHER CHAIN. I do not plan on coming back. Seriously though, you pay for what you get. $39 perfectly describes the service they provide. Go somewhere else! read more

My husband and I have been members of Massage Envy probably for 5+ years. We started our membership in the Washington DC area, have used it all over the US, and are now in Everett. I love the fact that you can use your membership anywhere! The Everett Massage Envy is in the mall. It's a great location and plenty of parking. If you have an appointment before the mall opens, you have to use the entrance at the back of the mall. I use it all the time as I usually seem to have early morning appointments. Member appreciation days are the second Tuesday and the fourth Wednesday of each month...free cookies and fruit...and my facial upgrade is only $5 versus $10! They have a ton of folks working there and everyone is very friendly. We usually have no trouble getting in when we want. They offer warm neck wraps when you arrive. read more

Liz gave me what had to be one of the most effective and soothing massages I've ever had. She really paid attention to how my body reacted and found lots of tension points I didn't even know were there. The perfect mix of light and firm pressure was used and I left feeling so much more relaxed than I have in a while. The rest of the staff was also very kind and made my visit quite enjoyable. My only regret is that I don't live in this state so that I could see Liz regularly! read more

I was used to going to the ME down in Miami in Brickell where I used to live. My therapist there was the best and I was so spoiled to have her, so I was a little nervous and a bit hesitant to try this location out, since I relocated to Washington. Also I'm currently pregnant so they type of massage has changed, again I was nervous to have this down because my therapist in Miami did such a great job I was afraid I wouldn't find anyone as good, and then Sri came along. When I made my first appointment here I was paired with Sri as the prenatal massage therapist. When I arrived to this location I was greeted warmly by the staff, the provided me a warm neck roll to place on my neck while I waited for my massage, something Miami didn't offer, which what nice and a great way to set the tone for relaxation. The tranquility room has Comfortable couch chairs with decorative pillows. When I was finally escorted to my room Sri was kind enough to see if I needed to use the bathroom, since being pregnant you always have to go. The massage bed was all set up with these special pillows for maternity that let you lay comfortably on your side and they have a hole for your shoulder to sink through so your body lays evenly while on your side. The mid section has pillows made at an angle to support your stomach and then at the bottom there is a long pillow for you to rest your top leg on so you can be at your most comfortable. Then Sri handed me another pillow for me to cuddle and hold on to during my massage. Sri has the perfect touch. She knows exactly how to apply the right amount of pressure or to ease up on the pressure if needed. She's very quiet and doesn't say much but when you're that relaxed you don't really need to say much. After my massage I felt so relaxed and comfortable. It was exactly what I needed. I will be seeing Sri throughout the rest of my pregnancy. The only thing I wish is that they provided the hot towel on your back right before the massage, although maybe they offer it in the regular massages and I just haven't been able to have one of those yet!! read more

I love the Everett location. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. The colors are relaxing and there are candies to welcome you. Then they give you a hot neck wrap. Then you go into a quiet room with a fountain, there you can relax and have a variety of teas or just water until your therapist is ready. Russell is my favorite, the best deep tissue I've come across. The facials are relaxing as well. read more

Probably the worst massage and experience I've ever had! So the massage therapist wasn't good at all! She started my massage with no oil. I finally asked her to use some oil. Then throughout it didn't feel at all like she had any technique. I had to ask her to use more oil no less then 4 times, she was rubbing my back and arms raw. And as if the massage wasn't bad enough I had to listen to construction through my entire 90 minute massage. I asked is that construction in the room next door? She said yes. I asked if maybe we could have picked a room not next door to construction then I was informed it was the business next door. I was pissed to know they knew construction was going on next door but didn't bother to tell me when I booked at it would be going on. I get massages for relaxation. I don't do deep tissue, just relaxation. Ruined my entire day. Checked out of my hotel room 2 hours early for my appointment and had a 3 hour drive ahead of me. Had they told me there was construction going on, I would have canceled and slept in, not checked out early. But they didn't tell me so I wouldn't cancel. And to make it up to me they offered me a free enhancement the next time I came in. THERE WON'T BE A NEXT TIME! I pay a lot for this membership and expect more! I would absolutely never return to this location that cares more about money then happy return customers! read more

I bought a massage package for my husband for Father's Day and he loved it. His masseuse was Tori and he really enjoyed her service. He does pretty grueling physical labor for his job, and really saw a lot of benefit from the massage. He also got a sugar foot scrub afterwards and loved it. After the service, we inquired about a monthly massage package. The staff was very informational and not pushy in the slightest. They do offer you a discount if you sign up for their monthly package while you are there, which seems like a marketing ploy, but it wasn't offensive or pushy in the slightest. We asked a lot of questions, made sure to understand their contract and signed up. They were also flexible on when the monthly payment date is. My husband has been back numerous times and has loved Tori and their staff every time. read more

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, told me how to fill out the paperwork, asked if I'd like anything to drink and then took me back to the quiet waiting area which is comfortable. My massage therapist was Beau, and he was absolutely fantastic. He asked me what my problem areas were and focused on them, asked me several times if the pressure was good. Decided to give this place a try since Paroba didn't have any spots available for a facial that day. Major FAIL!!! Massage Envy is 3x more $$$ than Paroba but not so great. If you advertise a 50 minute facial... I expect the time to start when I am on the bed and not in a waiting room. It was more like a 30 minute facial where all she did was a quick cleanse on my face and spent the rest of the time massaging my shoulders and hands. It was relaxing being in a room alone with the esthetician instead of a room in Paroba with other guests/students but the quality of a Paroba facial is a million times better. read more

I went and got a massage from this Massage Envy in the Everett Mall back on October 26. I had a terrible experience. I paid for a 90 minute massage. The therapist spent about 45 minutes of the 90 minutes working just on my left side of my shoulder and back. I have had massages at different Massage Envy locations and the therapist would spend a little extra time on the left side of my back and shoulder but not dedicate more than half a session to that one area. The rest of the time seemed rushed trying to "massage" the rest of the areas of the body, arms and legs. I went in expecting a full body massage, but walked out there more tense/stressed and lopsided than when I went in. However, If I was able too, I would give the therapist a 3 star, but management a negative star rating. I received an email from Massage Envy asking for my feed back and I gave them an honest review. The following day, I got a call from the manager, Hillary, and I explained the events of that day and how I felt after leaving their location. Hillary told me that some other manager would contact me for a solution to try to win back my business. As of today, I have not heard back from this location. I even called this location on two different occasions to speak to Hillary or some other management personnel, but still no response. Massage Envy is expensive and for this organization to not follow up on a customer complaint is ridiculous. I will never frequent Massage Envy ever and I would recommend that anyone looking to get a massage to look elsewhere. Try a locally owned business as they will certainly know how to treat a customer to earn their repeat business. read more

Wow! I tried Massage Envy not actually expecting much since it's a big chain and the introductory massage is only $39...but hey, it was cheap, so I decided to check it out. I loved it! Vanessa was my therapist and she gave me the absolute best massage I have ever gotten. I get massages often, but have never stuck with any particular place. She used the perfect amount of pressure for me ( i like A LOT of pressure) and she really focused on the areas I have trouble with. I was sold after my first visit and will be back! read more

Management needs to talk to staff to explain that people come in to relax and to not freaking talk to clients the entire time. Like...be quiet once therapy begins unless it's quiet speak to explain / ask about the process. Most recent visit led to a sprained muscle in my back. Worked on the area I asked them to NOT work on for over half my time. Ignored my instructions to use very light pressure in one area due to severe sensitivity after surgery. Barely got my areas that needed attention. Started 20 minutes LATE cause the therapist decided it was important to give medical advice. Paid extra for foot scrub at end and feet were a problem area I have specifically mentioned. She barely touched my feet, did no massage on them, and when she ran out of time told me she'd leave the lotion for me to put on myself. Just - NO. I had several areas I needed worked on and mentioned them all specifically and they barely got touched. I'll go back to this location but not this therapist. If one more therapist talks my ear off though, forget it. Management really needs to give some staff in-services. Badly. -stop talking during treatment unless it's quiet and treatment related -don't touch off limit areas -focus on areas you're asked to work on -do not start late (no more than 5 minutes to discuss treatment plan) -mind the time and finish providing services that are paid for read more
