The one hour session costs $78 and includes a deep washing with a lot of massage on the head using various techniques and tools. They even do some shoulder and neck / hand massage. Booked a full body massage for my mom's birthday in February as a gift , took her to her appointment to make sure she got situated okay and came back to pick her up . Upon coming back to pick her up I paid for the services as they didn't accept payment before or online . I paid and tipped 30% and got my receipt. The receptionist said I was all good to go and she would tell my mom all is taken care of when she is done with her massage . My mom gets to the car and her massage tech chased her out screaming "where's my tip ! Where's my tip ! " very angry . I then get out of the car and show her my receipt with her tip and she apologized and went back inside. Sooo distasteful. That ALONE ruined any relaxation my mom would have had during the massage . I was able to book online and get an appointment the next morning for a Swedish massage. The facility is very clean and professional. Front desk staff were very nice. The cost was $70 for one hour, which is a great deal compared to high-end spas. BUT, the therapist seemed very inexperienced and did not use techniques for a Swedish massage. She started by climbing on the massage table and kneeling next to me, pushing down on my back, neck to feet. She did not use long fluid strokes for massaging. She rubbed and grabbed the skin and put her arm and elbow onto my back and pushed her arm across my back. Only 20% of the experience felt like an actual massage in the style that I am used to for Swedish massage. You get what you pay for here. I will stick with high-end spas to get the type of massage that is helpful to me. read more

I had a 90 minute head spa and massage. It was tranquil and relaxing overall. I'd recommend. Massage was a bit rough, but that's my bad that I couldn't communicated to reduce the intensity even though I was asked if it was a good pressure multiple times. I was really hoping to relax into it, but couldn't. The technique was interesting too. I'm not sure what kind of massage was it, but it was deep. I tried Soul Massage Everett twice, three weeks apart. Scheduling and payment were easy, and they have same-day availability. Unfortunately, communication is challenging, which made me question the intake form they had me fill out. Both times I specified areas of concern to avoid, and both times those areas were not avoided. The massages, with two different masseurs (a female the first time, a male the second time), used similar rhythms and practices I wasn't familiar with. I signed up for a Swedish massage both times, but received slapping, pounding with fists and full body stretching with one. Both times, the masseurs repeatedly rubbed the same spots over and over to the point of chafing. I wasn't sure how to say "please move on" in the moment, and "stop please" or "that's enough there, thank you" wasn't understood. In the second massage, the masseur massaged my spinal bones directly. That was not painful, but it didn't feel good. Also, there is an ankle bolster positioned, but it is so small, it fit in the gap underneath my ankle, and offered no support. During both massages, the masseurs left the room at least once, and during both massages, another adult came in the room to talk to the masseur. I was draped at all times, so I was OK, but it didn't contribute positively to the experience. It has been years since I've had a massage, but I used to get them regularly in another city. I would describe the skill level of these as Swedish massages at 2 out of 10. They were painful and clumsy. After the second massage, I paid a tip and left. I was followed into the parking lot where I was asked to pay for the massage. Since I pre-paid, I was kindly asked to wait while another employee called the owner on the phone to clarify. She disregarded my offer to give a confirmation number or booking number and asked me multiple times when I had massages there and when I paid. It was confusing and the employee standing next to my car awkwardly apologized for the inconvenience and kept saying "two minutes please." We were there as the owner whispered to herself and the employee, and then she said, "ok, thank you." I believe that meant that she found my payment, but again didn't contribute to a positive experience. Pros: the people are very nice, the facility is clean, and they have same-day availability. Cons: I am not fluent in their language and that was a barrier. Table not supportive (bolster for ankles not big enough, no under knee bolster offered). People coming in and out of the room throughout the massage. Clumsy skill at massage which led to discomfort. Swedish massage not what I received. Confusion about pay which felt like an admin miscommunication on their end. read more

We got the Signature Head Spa, they have couple rooms and single rooms, service was wonderful the staff was super nice, at the end they blast dry your hair so you don't have to leave with wet hair! My husband booked a same day 60 minute full body massage today after dealing with horrible neck/back pain over the weekend. To his surprise, his therapist requested he remove his underwear despite asking to keep it on then proceeded to solicit him and engage services he didn't want or request... which made the remainder of his appointment super uncomfortable. If roles were reversed this behavior would never be acceptable. Disgusting and unprofessional and on top of it after paying and tipping she demanded he tip her more because they require a 20% tip minimum but no where on their website do they share that info. Absolutely disgusted to see places like this taking advantage of customers. read more

First of all, I have to say I was visiting from out of town, and my host had told me this place was wonderful, and had the best massage ever, so I am giving 2 star instead of 1. I decided to give it a try, but found out at the last minute that a gentleman was going to be giving me the massage instead of one of the ladies . I'm sorry to say that it was not a good massage at all. As he was ending the massage, he started pounding hard on the bottom of my feet and pulling my toes so hard it physically hurt and I had to ask him to stop .
