Myself and two friends came in Saturday and we were greeted right away in a polite professional manner and got checked in with great efficiency. We were offered beverages and warm neck wraps while we waited for our therapists to bring us back to the massage room. My masseuse was AMAZING! I haven't had a massage in a long time and it was the best massage I've ever had. Next time I'll be getting the 2 hour massage. Oh, and they have Hershey kisses in a bowl on the counter! Ring a Ding! I love, love, love this place. I am licensed as a massage therapist in California and have been for 17 years. As such I am pretty picky and was very skeptical of the quality of therapists at a chain spa. I saw two therapists who were both really talented before I settled on MY therapist. Yep he's mine but I will share. Ivan is awesome - such a nice guy and really does a good job. My stress levels and general creakies are so much better since getting more regular massage. Having a membership somewhere just makes it part of my monthly expenses and something I do for my self not a treat I let myself have a couple of times a year. This is something I need for my health and the membership makes it easy to just build it right in. The staff is super nice and I love the warm neck wraps and cups of tea. This spa is ok not really good but not really bad just oh okay I probably won't go back again

I have been going here 1-2 times per month. I usually see Gary for some deep work/ trigger point on my calves/hamstrings as I've had some injury problems/ achilles tendonosis. He has really helped resolve the somewhat chronic issues in these areas. I will occaisionaly go in for a relaxation type massage and have had several different massuses, all of whom did a great job. I have seen Liz a couple of times and she's wonderful as well. I was hesitiant to use a "Franchise" type massage place instead a sports therapy facility, but Gary, in conjunction with my PT, has really helped me out with my rehabing my injury. read more

Very friendly staff. Got a call a few hours after I placed my online request. Once I arrived, I was given a heat wrap for my neck and some water. Carrie was my therapist and she was amazing. I asked for work on my neck and shoulders and she did just that. She applied just the right amount of pressure and I walked away feeling relieved. Only thing I didn't like is the pressure from the staff when I was on my way out to join their membership (although I'm sure most places do this). I love the Everett location. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. The colors are relaxing and there are candies to welcome you. Then they give you a hot neck wrap. Then you go into a quiet room with a fountain, there you can relax and have a variety of teas or just water until your therapist is ready. Russell is my favorite, the best deep tissue I've come across. The facials are relaxing as well. read more

I have been to multiple Massage Envy's. I started out in AZ and moved up here. I transferred my membership and then due to personal circumstances I had to cancel. The cancellation process is a pain, but what they are asking, is in the contract that you sign at the beginning. My pain returned so bad that I needed help. I came back in again and figured out how to add it to the budget because my masseuse at this location is EPIC. His name is Grant and he pays attention gives needed advice(stretches to help and such).. he did so well with me that I have signed my boyfriend up as well to see him. read more

Be very careful about what you sign and read everything! I signed up for a year with one month free and can't seem to get out of this agreement. For what I thought was $40 a month, ended up being $69 a month. You can get a better massage anywhere else for $35 an hour. Buyer Beware! read more

Worst facial experience EVER! We show up 5 min early to be informed they are waiting for us and rush us into their waiting room....Only to get told our rooms still had people in them... Not a problem. I finally get in a room (15 min later) and the technician comes in and announces she needs to gather up the previous massage technicians oils. Then she starts pulling her items from the cabinet. About 10 mins later, she announces, "I have a client at 2 PM with an appoint so this will have be cut short". At this point it's 1:25!! If I hadn't been with another person, I would have just gotten up and left! So, my appointment gets cut short because she has another appointment at 2; like I wasn't a paying customer??? The facial was completely rushed, and not very professional...FYI Massage Envy, most people prefer the scrubs NOT washed over their lips...EEEWWW Neck massage was really a rub down with way too much oil. The head massage came with oil too, just what everyone wants, come out of the mall with your hair lathered in oil! Upon completion 1:45, I step out and was greeted with a glass of water...Not a big deal but the technician then runs into the room to start stripping the sheets. Doesn't walk me out or say anything else! So I paid for a facial that was HALF the amount of time! I thought it would be more appropriate to write a letter to their main office....However, their website directs you to reach out to your local location. Come on management, I'm sure you track what time your appointments start and what time they finish! And if you have to cut it short, train your technicians and an appropriate way to communicate that! read more

I booked a 1.5 hour massage for myself for my Birthday because the introductory price was great. The day before my massage, my husband surprised me with a one hour massage as my Birthday gift. As a result, I got 2 massages which was nice, but then I had to pay full price for my 1.5 hour massage, which sucked because if I'd known, I wouldn't have booked it. The first massage was ok and the second massage was good. I'd say it's a decent spa and if you got the membership it would be a good deal. read more

I have been a member of ME at the Everett Mall for more than 5 years. I also am a Health Care Professional subject to very high standards of conduct. What I can say about the ME at the Everett Mall is that every staff member I have encountered there over the last 5 years is very courteous and professional. The front office staff, manager,Tara, and the therapists are all very well trained, positive and take the time to make your interaction a therapeutic one. Every therapist there is a pro. Each has a distinct style. I personally like the deep tissue/sports type massage and find Gary and George to be excellent. I always buy massages for my store managers fro christmas. Well this year time got away from me and I totally spaced it. I went into the office in Everett and spoke with the manager. They let me get the holiday promotion even though the holiday had passed! My 8 managers love it here and we'll keep coming back! The front desk staff is horrible! My wife and I completely got tricked into a year contract with them. I specifically asked the lady if we could cancel at anytime if we weren't satisfied with the service. Of course she said.... And of course that isn't true at all and now we are stuck paying Massage Envy for the next year, even though we hated the service. read more

Deceptive and Strange Business Practices!! We received a "reminder" phone call -out of the blue--for an appointment we never made for a "facial"... We called and cancelled the "mystery reservation" as a CONSIDERATION TO THE BUSINESS!! They wouldn't say who made the reservation, how they got our name or phone number, or when the reservation was made. GOT A LITTLE "snippy" that we would even question them!! The next day they called and wanted to know where we were and why we missed our "appointment"!! Something is either "fishy" with this company or they are in SERIOUS need of a radical change in their sketchy scheduling practices!! Would NEVER go to them now or allow them access to my credit card info!!! Something is not right here. Beware. read more
