I had an extremely arduous and frustrating experience with the receptionist at the Fishers Massage Envy located on Commercial Drive. They denied me a massage after directing me to get a doctor's note saying that I was not sick and when brought after having to pay for the COVID/flu test$ 110$) , did not honor their own request causing me to lose time and money in a futile endeavor When asked for the number and name of the person who I could connect with further, the receptionist denied me this information stating "that they will call you."! This never happens. Ever! Getting though to any members of management has always been a very difficult plight. Suffice it to say , she called her manager who advised that the teceptionist call the Fishers Police Department to have me removed from the facility. Side note, I am in a wheelchair and cannot even walk. We waited an hour for the Fishers Police Department (outside the storefront) who could hopefully shed some light or give instruction in this situation but sadly, they did not present themselves. Later, a friend went in because she was double charged that day for a message incorrectly and the receptionist told her that the owner would be calling that day. We waited all day and no one called from their organization neiither yesterday not today. We would like a cash payment for the remaining massages that we have with this organization (approximately 30) and are prepared to go to the CEO of the franchising component ,Todd, as well as explore other avenues to successfully recoup the balance and rid ourselves of the Fishers Massage Envy. In truth and in fact, we have been to other locations and all the people there have been proactive, positive and absolutely lovely. The old adage, " One bad apple spoils the bunch is exactly the case in this scenario.". My advice - stay far away! read more

I have been a member of various Massage Envy locations for the past 10 years. My mind and body have benefited from monthly massages. I want to shout our Rob at the Fishers location. This last month I had a 90-minute massage session with him, and it was one OF THE BEST massages I have had at any Massage Envy location. I may regret this... but Rob works Monday-Friday. I had a gift card that was given to me by my kids and schedule an hour massage. I filled out everything on like a head of time, arrived 10 minutes early like requested. When I arrived I had to wait and still fill out more information answering questions that I really didn't know much about but the lady at the desk did not help or explain. She did ask what i wanted and I did say a full body massage for some extra work on my shoulders. Once I went back the associate informed me that because it was now 10 after my massage would only be 40 min long even though I paid for an hour. she also mostly did my shoulders and only spent about 5 -10 min on the rest of my body Also the music was not working, that would have been fine but the associate proceeded to talk to me the entire time about her entire life, not relaxing at all. I filled out the survey after and let the desk know, the manager has yet to return my calls. I have already sent in my concerns to that link below and Kayla called back once and left a message to call her back. I did right after her message and the desk person took a message for her. Then when I did not receive a call back I called a second time and left another message for her I still have not heard back. Front desk staff is terrible at each location. I scheduled a facial and massage at this location. I called in prior to day of the appointment to confirm my massage and cancel my facial. I cancelled this over the phone with the front desk person, no mention of it being too late to cancel or anything. Which makes sense because it was not a same day cancel, the appointment should be cancelled with no issue. Day of my appointment, my massage is first thing in the morning first appointment of the day. Melinda from the front desk asks about the facial because it was "pushed off to the side", I tell her I called in and cancelled it. No further discussion. The facial was at 12, my massage was at 10am. I finish my massage and tell them the tip, they don't ever go over your total with you. I go on with my life, I had cancelled my membership due to CONSTANT issues with the front desk and massage therapists doing chiropractic adjustments. So I was just trying to use my sessions. That visit would have been at no additional cost then I'd have another hour. I schedule my last massage and go through with the appointment. Front desk of course doesn't tell you the cost of the charge or check with you on anything. I go home and just double check since it's my last visit due to cancelling the membership and I wanted to make sure I was done. That's when I saw the last visit receipt and the current. I saw they charged for a no call no show at 11:36am for the first appointment. When the facial was at noon. Im not sure how I could be charged for a no show when I cancelled, when it wasn't even the appointment time, and when no one at least said something about it before I left just so my expectations were correct and I wasn't shocked. I was not told I'd be charged a no call no show when I cancelled, when I was at my appointment or when checking out. I cancelled my appointment within their policy, so it shouldn't have mattered. When I called in to get this corrected Melinda said they weren't my home location so it wasn't her problem. I called my home location, they stated fishers should be able to see everything but my credit card. Eventually keystone location is able to get the story from Melinda. Melinda is claiming since there were no notes, it was a no call no show. That she was the one I spoke with and that I cancelled when I went in the morning of my appointment. I requested the phone call be pulled and the camera footage of when I spoke with her at massage envy. She refused. Make sure you record every interaction with the front desk staff or they will steal your money. It seemed like Melinda was getting some kind of incentive for charging no call no shows, so they don't look into things. They charge first, ask questions never. They're right and everyone is wrong. Cover your butt don't even go here, but if you do record every phone call and document everything. read more

The room was cold. The massage lotion was cold. The masseuse hands were cold. I didn't like I could tell my masseuse was a smoker. I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke so it gave me the sniffles. My massage was scheduled for 10am I know you lose 10min on front end so it started later. But I did not expect it to end earlier than 11am. I appreciate the discount of half off to accommodate my concerns. I used the balance to buy some merchandise and gave the rest as gratuity because she was a nice person. I just didn't appreciate this smell of cigarettes. I love the vibration massage machine that's what gets this review 2 stars. read more

I had a very unpleasant experience today. On all previous occasions, the front desk people have never questioned the use of my coupons. Today, Sarah refused to allow me to use my coupon. I asked to speak to the manager, and Casey (the manager) just emailed Sarah with his message to me. Very impersonal service. I will not be back to this location and cancelled all future appointments. Very DISAPPOINTED!!! They always try to UP-SELL You their packages. PRE-COVID, I bought a Package for $225. I went in today to claim my unused sessions. I was informed that I "COULD NOT" use what I had already PRE PAID for , until I bought a NEW PACKAGE!!! What???? What kinda crap is this??? BAIT AND SWITCH??? The man working there did "NOTHING" to make me happy or work something out. When I said I wouldn't be back, he said.."Ok...BYE"...as if he didn't care. THIS IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS????? Every time I book at this location they always contact me to either change or cancel my appointments. Switch either to another therapist or another time. Prices go up and service goes down. Some don't even start your massage on time so you will not even get what you pay for. Would not recommend buying membership. read more

Horrible! My wife went for a deep tissue massage and the therapist started falling asleep half way into a massage. I even called to complain and after calling three times and not getting a manager they said they would have her call the next day. Two weeks later I still have never heard from anyone. Save your money and go find a real place to go. read more

I revisited this location after going to Hamilton Town Center for many years. It has gotten better. I have always been happy with the massage therapists at both locations but the front end staff has often messed up my appts many years ago. This has not happened lately here at all. Desiree is a fabulous massage therapist and I will return. It would be helpful if this location up graded their rooms a bit for hanging customers clothing. read more

I really enjoy my visits here. The staff is very friendly and I always get a good massage. You do need to be honest about what you want. If you just want a relaxation massage or a deep tissue massage, you need to specify. If you don't, you could get something less satisfying. I prefer deep tissue, to really unknot and untense my muscles. My only knock is that ME has an app, but to register I need someone at the clinic to do something (the app tells me this). But no one here claims to know anything about it or what is needed, and never seem to call anyone to find out. read more

While I truly enjoy my massage therapist personally, as she's very personable, professional and wonderful at her art, ME has canceled on me the same day or day prior to the appointment twice in a row now. While, I understand people get sick, esp given COVID, both cancellations weren't due to COVID. I didn't realize the second apt was canceled until I showed up to my appointment. The manager claims she tried calling me that morning, mind you, I had just received an apt confirmation msg the day prior, but I must have missed the call and they never sent me a cancellation text/email like they usually do when they've canceled appointments. The manager agreed ( upon my request) to give me a free enhancement for my next apt, but when I requested she put it in writing instead of me trusting just her "word of mouth" the worker next her became very rude and accused me of being rude. She said "we all work closely together so we wouldn't lie to you." I told her that I never accused her of lying, but anything could happen between now and my next apt and the two of them might not even be working on the day of my return, so I wanted some sort of paper copy of her promise. I've always had a positive experience here and love Cecilia for my facials. She is so personable and knowledgeable about skin care. I usually only book a facial with her once a month, but she always remembers what we talked about during the last session.
