I have such great experiences here! I have been a member of Massage Envy since 2012 and this is one of the better spas I have visited. They are always responsive if something is not right. I get great massages and if I want an extra- they always accommodate. I love this spa and enjoy visiting at least once a month! read more

Look, my expectations for a massage envy are simple: a decent massage, clean space, and I always expect them to upsell. (Corporate America has its Pros and Cons) HOWEVER, this location has some magic pixie dust. My mom scheduled massages for my sister and I, for a girls weekend, and I went in with my normal Massage Envy expectations. I walked out blown away. My massage was amazing. My sister's massage was amazing. She had already been once before and had a great experience then too. I highly recommend Diana G, and my sister highly recommends Aubrey (she has massage brain so she doesn't remember last initial - sorry). As a routine massage attendee, I will certainly be coming back when I'm in Greeley. As a business and marketing consultant, I hope corporate takes a lesson from this location. read more

The worst company ever, my wife try call for appointment after 2 day to somebody pick up the phone finally somebody answer the phone and make the appointment but oh surprise the only available time have was 3 weeks ahead, we decide schedule on Sunday, when we moved a lot of things to be ready for our appointment the canceled at the last minute really after 3 week waiting canceled no make any sense. Some friends give to us a gift certificates for our wedding we try return but they refuse and then we try rescheduling again and the same has available after 3 weeks honestly after they canceled I don't trust this company, everything is 100% unprofessional and the thing they make a mistake and they don't offer reschedule early because they don't really care the costumer service, they thing are a very necessary but the are not, I 100% don't recommend this place at any location Loveland and Fort Collins but are the same shady people. read more

Never received a call never received anything. Needless to say kind of frustrating that they cannot even call to set up a massage for new customers. I have been going to Massage Envy in Greeley every two weeks for a year and a half. It has been a wonderful experience. Sarah S. is a talented therapist and each time I leave feeling relaxed and my muscles have loosened. She has helped me to know my areas of tension and how I can decrease my muscle tension created from my stressful and a physically demanding job. I would highly recommend Sarah S. She has a technique that is not to hard or to soft and adjusts the massage to my individual needs that day. Her professional manor makes the experience very comfortable. For my daughters 21st birthday I purchased, what I thought was 6 months of massage. The process took forever and I was in a hurry. The 'office manager' has the WORST customer service skills, she rushed me through the paperwork, and I found out at the end of the 6 months that I actually signed paperwork for 1 year. Now I realize this was my fault, I should have read the paperwork more closely, I was just tired of being there. BEWARE, read your paperwork closely, and if I were to do it over, I would absolutely go somewhere else. read more

My husband and I went to this location for our introductory massage, for an hour and a half service. My husband has just been diagnosed with a type of pancreatic cancer and showing no physical signs. After filling out their forms as asked, we eagerly awaited the massage. My husband was told he could not receive the massage, which was enforced by the manager of the establishment and then carried out by the therapist Ashley, who reported she did not want to risk "moving the cancer around." When asked if she could just give him an arm massage (which was hurting from tendonitis), he was also told "no." When we asked the people working the front desk for the cancer policy - they could not find it, and all of a sudden the manager was the "acting manager" instead. All I wanted for my husband was a relaxing service, and instead we were the victims of discrimination and ignorance. Please do NOT support this establishment. I understand there are circumstances in which things are unacceptable to touch, but if we had not mentioned it on the form the staff would not have known the difference. We hope to hear back from the management and the owner soon. read more

So Sorry they wouldn't let me e-mail them an authorization, wouldn't offer any kind of option, just said NO. I joined Massage Envy Greeley in Feb. 2015. I was told it would be a 12 month contract. To my surprise I am now being held to a 13 month contract because the first month is not part of the 12 months. My major problem is that since the 1st part of January they are no longer able to do facials during the week during day hours due to staffing issues. When I signed up I told them I was only able to come weekdays for 11 months that was fine. I was told I need to pay out my contract even though they don't know if or when they will find a new employee to do facials. I was told I can go to other locations. To closest location is over an hour from our house. Please be smart and do your home work with these people. Unlike me. First time visiting this establishment, and had I not had a gift card, I probably wouldn't have stayed. When I called for an appointment I talked to a very pleasant receptionist, but when I arrived I was greeted by a young man who had me read and sign health waiver. Then he took me into a waiting area with his silly iPad to fill out more health questions and wanted all my personal information, which I was not comfortable giving him. He hovered, which made me feel more uncomfortable and finally I met my therapist, Rosie. She was absolutely fabulous and I had a wonderful hot stone massage. When I went out to pay, I was met again by the young man who was very pushing trying to sell me a membership, extra "deals" telling me I should comeback...all in front of other customers! I wanted to talk about other services, but not with him, so I grabbed a brochure and left. If you can get past this guy, the massage was worth every penny! read more

After signing up for the program, I was unable to cancel my subscription on time do to personal reasons. The effects of my massages made me extremely sick. When I called (4 times) to cancel I kept being told I could not cancel. On the last phone call I was told that I needed a DOCTOR'S NOTE stating that the massages were making me sick. A DOCTOR'S NOTE that will cost me money to go and see. I would definitely look for a different massage therapist and not here. read more

Management at this particular store went out of her way to make it difficult for me to cancel my membership after the required year as a member was completed and paid in full. Employees at the store said Massage Envy works with people who move out of the area, but this manager would not. My year membership was completed in July. I was told I could cancel at any time without issue. Tried to cancel over the phone, was told I had to personally go in to the store where I had started the membership in order to cancel. I told them I had moved and going to that store was not easy any more. I finally made it in to the store on Sept 13 and they said my membership needed to be reactivated again in order to cancel my membership and that they needed a credit card from me to do that. They said that even though my year membership was over in July, I still owed for August and September because I didnt give them in person written notice of cancellation within 10 days of when payment would be due. Memberships revert to month to month obligation if they don't receive in person written notice of cancellation within the required 10 day period. So I sign their cancellation paperwork and back dated it Sept 1 so that at least I wouldn't get charged for September. The manager said she wouldn't honor the Sept 1 cancellation and that she was going to charge my credit card on Sept 19th for one more month. She said if I dispute or block Massage Envy from charging my card this month it would go to collections. This company is just a bully. I am in the process of posting this compliant on every web site and Better Business Bureau I can so that people know about this. read more
