This location consistently scheduled me and then canceled stating that the therapist I was scheduled with did not work on those days. I have never written a review as I'm not one for public complaining but this was the biggest waste of time and money I have ever experienced. First off, after specifying hard pressure and mainly on the upper back, traps, and chest, i received a massage that consisted of light pressing of the palm mainly on my left ribs and arm for some strange reason. I genuinely thought she was going to make a joke and proceed with the real massage for the first 20 minutes but it never happened. The massage was 45 minutes long but was charged for an hour. I hate to complain. But this was just really bad and I left there more tense than I got there haha. read more

Had an appointment at 10 am right when they opened. Received a call at 9 that 1) woke me up and 2) informed me that the masseuse had injured her wrist and they were booked the rest of the day. I personally don't believe the excuse and I made this appointment plenty of days in advance. I have really bad back problems and I don't appreciate the last minute cancellation. Very unprofessional. I have visited many Massage Envy's across the United States, I am a member, and I have to say this was the WORST one EVER! While the massage wasn't bad the whole attitude of the staff stinks. I was greeted by the actual manager and She didn't even smile at me. This woman does not need to be in customer service. I had an issue with my member massage being used and she acted like I was being an imposition to HER! I understand that each Massage Envy is a franchise but whomever owns this Envy needs a total staff change. I will never go there again! It totally SUCKED! Therapist met me in waiting room 10 minutes after appointment time and left treatment room for 5 minutes in middle of massage. 3. Terrible knot in left neck and shoulder is still there. 4. Stated I hate elbows used a lot in massage. Elbows and knuckles used a lot in massage. Overall, a C- experience. I will not return. read more

I visited about 2 years ago with my husband. The staff was very nice and friendly. I thought the tea room was neat. I was never really into massages. It was a bday gift. I was happy that I could get a massage in the same room with my husband. I got the pregnancy massage and it was pretty okay. I decided to walk into massage envy, out of the blue for an hour massage. Even though they would like you to have an appointment, they were very accommodating. They were able to get me in for a massage immediately. Their staff was very friendly and receptive to my needs. After filling out my paperwork I was taken to a cute little waiting area they call the tea room. They had water and tea available for me while I waited for my masseuse to get me. The massage itself was very relaxing. He did a full body and kept me covered the entire time. He really was able to pinpoint my toughest areas, and focused on getting them massaged deeply. I really appreciated his professionalism and his tips at the end of the massage. I signed up for a membership and will most definitely be returning. read more

Last month I had a facial with Maggie. I travel frequently and often pop in to a local Massage Envy for a massage or facial. I have to say Maggie was one of the most skilled estheticians I have every had at ME. She did what felt like a very thorough skin analysis and recommended the environmental shield facial. I also opted for the add-on eye treatment. I left with my skin positively glowing, and my eyes were less puffy and irritated-looking than they have been in a very long time. I would have gave them a one because of a misunderstanding and I missed my facial and they charged it and I showed an hour late because of a traffic jam. So instead I made it in time for my massage and it was the best I had! I think his name is Chris he was nice and funny and the front desk I forgot her name but she wore glasses and brownskin she was very nice! But the vibe from everyone was warm and comforting! Had my first massage here a month ago and loved it! My massage therapist was Nita and though she had heavy hands, she did a great job! I even tipped the maximum $20 for the 1hr session. However, I am very displeased in how the rest of the staff handled my next appt. I enjoyed the session so much that I scheduled another one for the following month and was given a date to come. The staff told me that they would first confirm my appt. the day before by calling or email me and I did not receive either. I then called them and they had no idea I had an appt. I came here today to get the prenatal massage and it was wonderful. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Also doesn't cost too much.

I scheduled a massage for sat night on thursday night, got a reminder friday after lunch and I forgot my appointment at 9pm. They made no attempt to contact me the day of my massage, even at the time of my scheduled appointment. They still charged me $80 for a massage I didn't get and no discount for rescheduling another time. The staff had a bad attitude, rude. I will never go back, what a rip off, maybe they want you to forget your appointment. read more
