I booked last minute for a facial and a 1.5 hour massage and they were happy to accommodate me. Crystal met me before their normal office hours to start my facial which was SO relaxing. She focused on acne and it actually helped! Instead of an awful steamer she used hot towels and applied four or five creams to my face, each after a cleansing hot towel. She finished by applying an exfoliating scrub to my lips which worked wonders - I really need to find out what it was so I can buy some! She was very sweet and made sure everything was soothing. It was a great way to relax before my massage. The room was calm and comfortable. There were essential oils being diffused and the lights were low; there was enough light for them to see what they were doing, but not so much that I was bothered by the light. The room had two tables: one for the facial and one for the massage. I believe the massage table could have been heated - I saw a cord at the bottom - but the room was the perfect temperature so I didn't ask. When the facial was over, I switched to the other, wider massage bed and Raymond came in to give me my massage. He used some sort of lotion instead of oil, so I left feeling soft and clean instead of with oily skin. He did not hold back with the pressure - I have back and leg issues so I requested heavy pressure and he went for it. Again, he knew exactly what he was doing! He also used hot towels to remove the extra lotion and calm my body. I was definitely sore for a few days afterwards but I like to think that's a sign of a good massage. The entire salon was very nice and if I had been in town for longer I might have gone back for a pedicure in the lovely nail section. I'm not sure if they do hair as well but I know there were other options available including eyebrow treatments. Crystal and Raymond seem to know how to do most things when it comes to beauty and body treatments. I know they do waxing, including brazilians, which is hard to find in Jackson. The one negative was that I did pay a little more than I was planning to, but I felt like I got my money's worth. They didn't act like they were on a tight schedule - they didn't rush around, so even though I'm sure they kept an eye on the clock, it didn't feel like that to me, which goes a long way. I will happily return the next time I'm in Jackson!

That said, the quality of the massage wasn't even the main issue--it was the lack of professionalism and customer respect. I called ahead at 9:45 AM to schedule my appointment and arrived early at 9:42 AM. When I checked in, I confirmed that I had called ahead, and the receptionist proceeded to collect my payment upfront, which I understand is standard practice. However, immediately after my payment was processed, another customer walked in. She stopped assisting me to ask if he had an appointment, and her demeanor made it feel like she questioned whether I had actually booked mine. It was an uncomfortable start to the visit. The most concerning part happened after the massage. When I completed my receipt, I added a $15 tip, bringing my total to $119 with the card fee included. As I was writing, the masseuse looked directly at my receipt and told me, "That's not enough money." I was taken aback, because a $15 tip on a $100 service is reasonable. When I declined to increase the tip, her tone became aggressive, and she called another staff member to the front. That person told me I "needed to leave more tip." Only after reviewing the receipt did they realize the tip was $15--not $5 as they had assumed. At that point, I was given a quick apology, saying, "Sorry, I need glasses." By then, the situation had already crossed the line. Being pressured for a higher tip, spoken to aggressively, and then dismissed with a casual apology was both unprofessional and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and not put in an uncomfortable position over gratuity. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling more stressed than relaxed. I cannot recommend this place based on how customers are treated.

The woman who did it said it was supposed to look that way and completely brushed off the fact that i looked awful.
