They took two biopsies of my arm/hand I have had dermatology appointments in past and the doctor literally went over every inch of my body. I did not hear results of my biopsy so I called about 2 weeks later. I was informed that "Fedex" had lost my biopsy. BS! I have a friend that is CEO of a large hospital and he told me in his 40 years not once had a biopsy been lost. Advanced Dermatology told me they would redo the biopsy no charge! I told them in no world would I ever let them touch me again! They are nuts. I went to another dermatologist in Mobile via referral. They did a biopsy and I have melanoma on my chest. She takes the time to go over everything with you and the wait is only maybe 5 minutes I would have like to know about other services they offer also but the front desk person was the phone. There was no flyer and the website is a little outdated. No worries. Great people, fantastic experience. A consult is $50 and if your initial visit is on Wednesday, they can start the service you choose the day of your consult and visit are typically every 4 -6 weeks.

I was talking on the phone(not loud or obnoxious, moreso listening than talking) browsing the wonderful makeup sale, there were so many items for sale so I may have lingered in makeup section for a few minutes. I noticed a male walk up behind me, he was browsing items so I ignored him. He accidentally dropped something that rolled by my leg. I moved so that he could walk by, he then wandered down the aisle acting as though he was checking price tags. I thought to myself, this is awkward, surely I am not being followed by a stranger. I grabbed my selections then walked over to the stationery aisle, the man followed me as I browsed searching for envelopes and pencils. I turned around to see what he was doing, he immediately acted as though he was checking tags again. I let the person on the phone know that I think that I am being followed. I immediately walked over to the feminine products aisle to see if he could possibly be searching for lady products as well lol. I grabbed a few items, checked my surroundings then made my way to the cash register to inform staff that I there was a man following me. I waited to speak with the manager to describe the white male in jeans and a green top. The manager assured me that this was not a staff member if he wasn't wearing a Walgreens badge. I was put off by this as I am a woman of color and I have heard stories of people being followed around by loss prevention. I am a paying customer and I have given no one any indication that there is a reason to watch me. I only had my phone and my wallet, no bags or big purses. The manager again assured me that this is an isolated incident and he apologized. He stated he would check on it as it was concerning to him as well. My concern is that if there are strangers following women around, surveillance should be able to monitor this. My other concern, and I hope that I am wrong is that I was singled out. I will continue to shop at this location as it is convenient to me as I live in West Mobile, however if there are persisting issues and I find that this was not a random incident. I will escalate my complaints directly to Walgreens corporate offices.

My niece looked like an angel, or a model. So that solidified my opinion on where to go for special events. Then, this weekend, my daughter, my niece and I all needed services. I needed a Brazilian and a haircut, and my teenage girls needed cuts & colors. We invaded on Saturday and were there pretty much all day. And we actually had so much fun! Honest to God, I have paid 4 times the amount that we paid here for just my daughter's hair. Both of the girls look fan-freaking-tastic, and I love my hair as well! We all walked in with photos of what we wanted, and Rhonda listened, advised, and worked with us, so we all walked out with everything we wanted! The girls' hair looks amazeballs!! Especially my niece who had severely damaged her hair with non-professional dye jobs, WAY too strong bleach, and years of teenage experimentation and neglect. She walked in with fried, unhealthy, muticolored hair, and walked out with long, beautiful, shiny healthy hair that looks super natural. We have all three gotten several compliments on our hair. My mother even said she was calling soon to have her hair done. I will never go anywhere else, for any other service. I'm officially Rhonda's stalker!
