I tried to purchase a gift card for mother for Mother's day. The website made it impossible. I called but there's no one there to answer the phone or the door apparently when a therapist is in session. Their website was terrible and all I was doing was trying to buy my mother a gift card; called but I couldn't even do that over the phone because they have no way to get a gift certificate to someone. So it became increasingly frustrating to do business with an office that isn't in touch with today's customer market. Ended up in a yelling match with Valerie De Loch. In the end, they lost the business as I preferred to go elsewhere. read more

Very unprofessional experience. I scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks before the date of my massage. Heard nothing back about unavailability of staff, so I proceeded to drive all the way from Foley to West Mobile, sit in the waiting area for 15 minutes, just for the owner to come out and tell me the lady I scheduled my appointment with wasn't even aware I had an appointment, then when I spoke with her directly I was told that she was out riding with her dad and that she'd still be able to do my massage, AN HOUR AND A HALF after my appointment time. Mind you, I only get one off day out of the week, and it was wasted on not even having time to get my massage done. I wasn't offered to be fit in, because all other staff was "busy", nor did she offer to reschedule or compensate me for the time/money wasted and unprofessional first time experience with this spa, so I ended up wasting my gas and half of my off day on absolutely nothing! read more

What an experience! I had some serious problems with my shoulder (painful sprains and a pinched nerve). I had never had a massage until I went here. Chris was my therapist, and he did a bang-up job. I have never felt so relaxed and at ease like I did when I came out. Chris is very professional and told me what was most likely happening with the shoulder muscles. I finally decided to treat myself to a day at the spa! I am so glad that I took a friends recommendation to see Hannah. I was treated with top notch customer service and a wonderful hot stone massage. After my 60 minute rub down, I opted to get a facial from Natalia. Again, the customer service and the treatment was first class. I wasn't sure what kind of facial that I wanted. Natalia recommended a microdermabrasion and boy am I glad I took her advice! My skin felt fantastic and looked very refreshed. I loved both of the services that I received so much, that I went ahead and scheduled another appointment with the both of them again in 6 weeks!!
