My massages here left me in far better condition. She used rollers, deep tissue techniques, and heat. She understood my issues - my sprain, my history of fibromyalgia and torn rotator cuffs. Inside the relaxing waiting area where we were served a delicious lunch (made personally by Linda), the ambiance and decor were the perfect precursor to the spa treatments. The personal touches Linda did for my friend were greatly appreciated and made her feel special. When Linda came to bring my friend to the massage room for her facial and massage, I looked through the scrapbook that detailed Linda's interesting life as a masseuse to the stars during her many years in the movie industry. She is also an author, and very interesting to converse with. A very gracious lady, indeed. I also went out into the living area to enjoy the artwork, which is diverse and beautiful. When my friend came out she was a limp noodle! "Massage drunk," is how she put it. She couldn't thank me enough for the experience. Their website was terrible and all I was doing was trying to buy my mother a gift card; called but I couldn't even do that over the phone because they have no way to get a gift certificate to someone. So it became increasingly frustrating to do business with an office that isn't in touch with today's customer market. Ended up in a yelling match with Valerie De Loch. In the end, they lost the business as I preferred to go elsewhere.
