I paid $125 for a 60-minute full body massage and unfortunately did not receive the service I booked. I arrived 10 minutes late, but I called ahead before my appointment to let them know I was on the way. Once I arrived, I was still required to complete intake forms and was asked multiple times what areas I wanted worked on. I clearly stated I still a full body massage, but excluding only my head and glutes. Between filling out forms, getting undressed, and technical issues with the table, additional time was taken before the massage even began. However, none of this was communicated to me as time that would reduce my session. When the massage started, only my neck, shoulders, and back were worked on. The session ended shortly after, and I did not receive anywhere near a full body massage. I was confused and disappointed. When I brought this up, I was told it should have been a full body but then the receptionist switched up and stated it was because I was late. While I understand that arriving late can affect timing, I was never informed that my service would be shortened, nor was I given the option to adjust expectations or reschedule. It is misleading to ask a client what areas they want worked on--multiple times--if there is not enough time to perform the requested service. Additionally, I was told conflicting information about how late I was, and it was made clear that the next appointment was prioritized over completing the service I paid for. I have visited before and never experienced this issue, even when time was needed for forms and changing. This experience felt like poor communication and disappointing customer service. I paid for a 60-minute full body massage and did not receive what I paid for. I will not be returning and would not recommend this experience to others. read more

Two stars because Oliver is absolutely amazing though it's been many months since I was able to schedule a massage with Oliver. Zero stars for the business. They take on more members than they have the ability to service meaning you'll pay $$ every month but never get an appointment. They say they book a month out so there is NEVER availability on the app. If by chance you are so lucky to score an appointment it will be when is convenient for them, not you. I've communicated my frustration to the staff but nothing has changed to improve the situation so I've cancelled my membership. At this point, I pretty much consider it theft. read more

Solid 4 star massage. Not the worst but also not the best massage I've had. They were very accommodating, I called 2 hours before I wanted to come and they were able to work me in. The ambiance was by far the best of any massage parlor I've been to, they really do well at helping to immerse you in the world of relaxation. The people were very friendly and I have no complaints there. Pricing was great! Introductory 50min massage was only $50! The service itself was okay, nothing special, just an average massage. The masseuse listened to my requests, which I appreciated. Overall, I'd come back here because it was a pleasant experience but maybe try a different masseuse next time. read more

I've had the membership for over 2 years. I usually get a facial but there's only one person who does facials whose any good. I have a LOT of visits I haven't used because I can't get an appointment as often as needed. My best friend and I have girls day out, she gets massage and I get facial. However when I call to schedule we have to wait about 2 weeks to get that kind of appointment. I like having the membership but it isn't that helpful if I can't get a service in a timely manor so they just accumulate. I want to cancel but I have too many visits I haven't been able to use. read more

They put you on a waitlist but NEVER contact you. Nobody is on the same page, very unorganized. It's difficult to get out of your membership. The massages are average and rushed. Do not use. Their online booking system is horrid. You think that you are confirming your appointment but instead you are confirming your profile. Showed up to learn that I didn't have an appointment and they had no availability. The person at the front desk even stated that people do that all the time. Just got my first massage ever. Angela was my massage therapist and she was awesome. She was very professional and super friendly. Her amazing personality made the whole experience go great. I've been a member for awhile, but when I call to get an appointment when I want one, there is never any openings, I know my schedule is week to week, so booking in advance is no good. I only have a 3 or 4 day window at best. The last time I came in I was told they would call if they had a cancellations but they didn't, I called back an hour before the session and oh look one appeared, i was lied to I feel. This was probably one of the worst massages I have ever had. The best way to describe my massage was inconsistently sloppy, quick moving and abruptly removing his hands off me. Anyone who has had a GOOD massage would understand what I'm talking about. The heated massage table did not work and he left the leg pillow at the end of my feet ..never put it under my legs. He also said he was going to stop working on my shoulder blade cause I would be hurting the next day.. Im hurting thats why I was getting a massage!!!!! After the massage, I was told I needed a 2 hour massage next time . The girl at the front desk was also trying to sell me a package of some sort. The only thing nice about my whole experience was the decor of the place. It was very clean and decor was relaxing ,but I didn't feel relaxed after being told I need to purchase this and that. I do have to say the young gentleman was very sweet, he just needs more training. I gave it 2 stars for the decor and thats it. I should have waited and gone to the place Ive been going to for years. Complete rip-off. The massage "therapist" did not hold the session for the entire time I paid. This happened more than once and when I complained they said "there's a 10 minute consultation built in". Okay, that still did not answer why I paid for 60 minute massage and only got 40 minutes at best. Also the "therapist" do not know what they are doing - it's more like a glorified lotion application opposed to massage therapy. When I complained about that they told me each therapist has their own techniques. What a joke. Finally, I could never schedule an appointment when I needed or worked with my schedule because they are drastically understaffed and force you to book at least a month in advance, yet they have no problem taking your monthly fee, even if no appointments are available. I could go on about how horrible this place is, but hopefully you will steer clear and not suffer like I did. read more

I purchased a gift card 6 months ago. Every time I call to schedule the appointment, they never have any availability for weeks! They have a cancellation policy, too. They still charge you! When I made the appointment finally (hoping I'd be available), they couldn't even hold it until I went home, got the gift card & provided them with a number off it. They really want my business, I see. They will not refund the gift card either. So I haven't even been yet and am already so angry with the poor customer service. They upsold me to this card when I bought it without telling me to forget about a Saturday appointment. After dealing with them, I need a massage...but from somewhere else that can actually get me in before Christmas! read more
