Given that I have significant back issues with stenosis, spondylolithiasis, disc degeneration, a sizable bone spur, and arthritis in the L1 and sacrum area, massage is a therapeutic modality that I require on a regular basis. My particular situation is somewhat dire in that most people would probably have capitulated and had surgical intervention. However, I don't see that in my future. Chiropractic ART, pharmacology, yoga, physical therapy, acupuncture, etc. are all arrows in my quiver that I use routinely. In addition I receive spinal injections every three months that cost $9000 per shot. Fortunately I have insurance. I was reluctant to try to get a massage here it as I don't have familiarity with local businesses nor have I heard any recommendations for who is good. Fortunately, I did make an appointment and had what can only be described as the best massage of my life!!! My masseuse was a delightful woman named Lulu. She is remarkable. She seems to have a keen understanding of physiology and an intuitive sense for those problem areas that plague me. Prior to my injury, I saw massage as an indulgence. Now it is a requirement. I have had countless massages since my injury in 2015, but none has ever approached the skill and insight that Lulu demonstrated. And compared to the cost of the spinal injections this seems almost a bargain. There is no way I can thank her enough. The relief I feel is nothing short of remarkable. Makes me wish I live in Roanoke!

We tried medication, regular massage therapy, stretching (which made him worse) PT and water therapy with no results. Please note this is not a Spa Massage business it is strictly for pain management, which made me make the appointment. After the appointment my son's pain was manageable and he could walk better, his balance was better. We are regular clients because my son has permanent brain damage due to the injuries. David is kind and my son feels better after each appointment. My son is an extreme case, with that said if he can give my son relief, I think David can help people with less severe injuries immensely.

She wanted to see photos of my dress and helped me select jewelry, even using her own adornments (beading, etc) to give my updo a special touch. I got so many compliments on my hair.
