I cancelled my membership back in September 2025 due to having a stroke. I have the documented emails, and spoke to "Peggy Holmes" the office manager. My spouse also reached out to Eric Pallor (the owner) regarding this matter via email. Once my wife contacted Eric (the owner) regarding the matter, Peggy called us back to inform us that the membership was cancelled. I come to find out today that I have been being charged since September 2025, although Peggy Holmes reassured my spouse and I, that the membership was cancelled. My wife and I inquired about reaching out to the owner Eric Pallor which Peggy replied "Well you can try but he's on vacation." I have never in my life encountered a manager, like Peggy Holmes. She lacks empathy; compassion and customer service skills. I find it extremely concerning that Peggy is the manager of an establishment that promotes wellness and relaxation. Peggy at no point tried to deescalate the conversation, rather instead she antagonized it with her uncouth remarks and gaslighting rhetoric. Yes I was upset/unhappy over the phone, after being gaslit by the manager and charged for a membership that was "cancelled" back in September 2025. It's nice to know the owner is on vacation, meanwhile his employees are scamming vulnerable customers. read more

I have been to this location 2 times before. My experience was ok. I accidentally fell asleep and missed my appointment by 45 min. No reschedule allowed they took my entire massage away. Horrible. Things happen. and for them to take my whole massage fee so the masseuse gets paid is absolute crap. I can see paying a fee but not my whole massage. I will never step foot in this establishment ever again. read more

Update: Peggy called and corrected my account allowing me to use my sessions. Thank you Peggy for cleaning up Kiana's mess. I moved in 2021 from Barnegat to Hunterdon Co. Because of medical issues since Jan (3 major hospital stays) with my husband I accrued 12 sessions paid for but not used. I called and made arrangements with Kiana Porras to freeze my acct and have time to use some of the sessions I PAID for. I tried to schedule today in my new area and I don't know what she did but my entire acct is frozen and I do not have access to my PAID sessions. This doesn't make sense but what's worse is that I had to cancel my appt because the manager doesn't come to work until 12pm. I requested they call her as she has inconvenienced me so but that wasn't really understood by the person I was calling. Things aren't well explained and while they have all my money and managers don't start work until noon - I'm the one screwed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Apparently they have freeze and freeze plus so arm yourself with as much info as you can before joining here. read more

About a month ago I stopped into Massage Envy in desperate need of a facial. I had absolutely NO intentions of signing up for a membership as I've had family who have and have since canceled. But I was so incredibly impressed with my esthetician Britt, that I signed up for the 6 month membership to get my skin back in shape. Britt is nothing short of amazing! She is kind, personable, and worked her butt off to find products that were best suited for me. Upon exiting my second visit today, the front desk workers found an issue with my account and assured me it would fixed in the morning. They too were nice and personable. read more

Welllp... 3 years later, I still have my membership. When I first started out Massage Envy, I got Kevin as my therapist. He was AAAMMMAZEBALLS. He no longer works there, btw. And after him, I never really got any one I liked. I preferred men because I thought they had the strength. So, I ended up going to other ME sites and I was still disappointed. Couldn't find anyone that compared to Kevin. I ended up racking 5+ massages because I stopped going. Then one day, I desperately needed a massage and called for an emergency appt. They assigned Joyia as my therapist. And... she was really good! Just as good, if not better, than Kevin. I've recommended so many people to her! She also does reflexology! read more

First of all, the establishment is one of the cleanest and most efficient facilities I've ever been to! But the reason I keep going back is because my amazing masseuse, Wendy K. I've been going to massage envy for well over a year and I have never wanted a different masseuse. She understands my personal aches and pains and addresses them in a professional and effective manner. Wendy always knows the exact pressure I need in what places. After only two sessions she was able to figure out what my problem areas are and always reserves plenty of time in our sessions to take care of them. I decided to get a membership last summer after my first massage there. I highly recommend John if you are looking for a deep pressure full body massage. He has strong hands and can really loosen up the tightest muscles without causing you discomfortable. The atmosphere of the place is quiet and quaint. Staff is friendly. I never really write reviews but I had an amazing experience here! Scheduling and then rescheduling my first appointment was very easy and every one working the front desk were very friendly and helpful! My therapist was Robin, she was very thorough and understood my needs. After I told her my problem areas she explained where she would focus on to ensure I got the most out of my one hour session. Definitely one of my best massages - she even worked on my jaw to help with my TMJ and headaches which was awesome.
