The facility is spotless, meticulously maintained, and COVID conscious. My masseuse, Charlene, was unbelievable. She stretched my problem areas, really worked through the tightness and stiffness in my entire body, focusing on the injured leg. I called for a same-day massage, and got an early evening appointment (another bonus -- services on St. Simons can shut down as early as 4 pm [#IMeanReally??]) for a 90-minute deep tissue with Megan, who. Is. Awesome. I mean, BEYOND. FYI: I prefer a super-deep tissue massage with very strong hands -- I have a muscular frame and it takes serious pressure to get my knots unwound. At first I was concerned that 90 minutes wouldn't be long enough to GET all of them OUT this go-round, but Megan delivered one of the best massages I have ever had (on three continents). And I had serious issues with tension in my lower back and hip flexors! She recommended a warm bath with Epsom Salt as follow up for my newly-knotless frame, which was a great idea, but I didn't. . . and I still felt awesome the next day!!!
