The facility is spotless, meticulously maintained, and COVID conscious. My masseuse, Charlene, was unbelievable. I called for a same-day massage, and got an early evening appointment (another bonus -- services on St. Simons can shut down as early as 4 pm [#IMeanReally??]) for a 90-minute deep tissue with Megan, who. Is. Awesome. I mean, BEYOND. FYI: I prefer a super-deep tissue massage with very strong hands -- I have a muscular frame and it takes serious pressure to get my knots unwound. At first I was concerned that 90 minutes wouldn't be long enough to GET all of them OUT this go-round, but Megan delivered one of the best massages I have ever had (on three continents). And I had serious issues with tension in my lower back and hip flexors! She recommended a warm bath with Epsom Salt as follow up for my newly-knotless frame, which was a great idea, but I didn't. . . and I still felt awesome the next day!!!
