Let me start off by saying that Connie is my new massage therapist! I booked her for a deep tissue massage, and it was AMAZING! I have had a membership here for over two years, and I was about to cancel because I could not find a person that does a good job, I have pretty high standards. Three of my pet peeves are: -jolting motions versus smooth, transitioning strokes -Loud shoes (squeaky) or hard stepping throughout the entire Massage....this should not be allowed as it takes away from the experience. It stresses me out. -Talking and keep checking in asking me how it's going. I like silence, since this is supposed to be a silent and relaxing experience. Connie displayed none of these pet peeves, and I barely heard her moving throughout the entire process. I was sad when it was over! But I will be back! My search is over! She is the ONE! read more

I scheduled both Facial and Swedish/Relaxation massage. Morena was fabulous! Lots of heated towels, stones and much needed quiet and relaxation. Tina was great with my facial. She was very easy to talk to and obviously very comfortable and familiar with her technique customized to your own skin types and issues. Loved it! read more

So I scheduled a same-day, 1st time, deep-tissue appointment and everything seemed fine at first but realized it was a waste of time. I arrived about 15 minutes early just in case I needed to fill anything out. The masseuse was about 8 minutes late to get me but normally i wouldn't care because in most other places, if this happens they would just extend the massage time to ensure you get the full 60 minutes. Then I realized she ended the massage another 10 minutes early, cutting down my "60 minute" massage to about 40. My masseuse was very curt, had cold hands and either couldn't hear me or ignored me. When I asked her for more pressure she said ok but there was no change. I've been getting massages in multiple states and in multiple countries for the past 15 years and this was really not worth paying for, even if it was a 1st time discounted offer. I'll stick to Thai massages, they are always happy to see you, always make you feel welcome and always have tea and or water for you after. It's safe to say I will not be coming back. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage at this location. I typically go to the one in Vintage Park but my therapist is no longer there or on a hiatus. It typically takes me 20 mins to get there and it's by my work place. I read some reviews of this MH and people were raving about Angela. Decided to book my appointment with her. Everyone was much friendly here than at Vintage. Angela is really knowledgeable about the body and different kinds of massages. She not only did a Swedish massage for me, she did some reflexology and stretched me out as well. I loved that she was able to customize my massage. She was easy going and we had great conversations. She is an asset and I'll be definitely returning! I don't know why I didn't come here a long time ago. This location is less than 10 mins from my home. read more

I had high hopes for my first visit based on all the glowing reviews, but sadly, my experience didn't quite live up to the hype. While I was excited to enjoy a 90-minute massage, my arrival was met with a lack of warmth from the two young ladies at the front desk. The only friendly face was the massage therapist who greeted me, a lovely black woman who came in shortly after I arrived. Unfortunately, my massage with Orlando started late and wrapped up early, leaving me a bit unsatisfied. I arrived at 8:50 am but want called to the back until 9:07 am. my massage therapist, Orlando, didn't come back into the room until 9:13 am to start. The massage wasn't bad, but Orlando finished early at 10:27 am even though he started late. To top it off, he didn't even meet me outside afterward to offer me water, which felt like a missed opportunity for a more welcoming atmosphere. ZERO Stars!! Literally the WORST experience ever!! This was s the SECOND bad experience both times were gifts! Because I would never CHOOSE this particular location and if the "massage heights" location weren't individually owned this entire brand would be cancelled in my eyes! But this one location in Cypress , my husband booked me a massage here for Mother's Day, they sent a text the day of just a hours before my massage appointment and canceled on a Holiday!! The assistant manager ADRIAN has the absolute worst customer service!!! Literally no sympathy or empathy shown to me when he canceled on a holiday! Being a manager I would have immediately offered some type of gesture of curtesy /accommodation for my customer when the inconvenience is due to my company or my staff! Because had I being the customer cancelled one hour before they would be charging my husbands credit card! But nothing offered to the inconvenienced mother / customer on Mother's Day, After they confirmed my appointment the day before!! It would not have been a huge deal but the mishandling of the customer is a huge no for this type of business! Absolutely unacceptable and I will be taking my complaint about Adrian further than Yelp! You don't want to waste your time or money with this establishment try another massage heights or different company in general!! The owner needs to get rid of Adrian FAST!! I had a very bad experience with my 60 mins massage today. My requested masseuse who got changed last minute without my notices. She was late for 10 mins to greet me and still finished before an hour was up. I also requested for hot stone, the masseuse just put the multiple hot stones on my back without any massage. I don't want to book another massage in this location, however, I received a confirmation massage text for next two weeks on the way to home. Attending the grand opening today. I kinda missed the place as I haven't been to this area before. The staff was all smiles and very friendly and welcoming. The decor is nice and very modern. It's a very relaxing place and has a very warm feel. They don't seem as commercial as other parlors I've visited and that's what I like the most. Horrible experience. I paid for an hour massage with therapist Eva. She spent almost 30 minutes on one shoulder and completely rushed on other parts of my body. I was suppose to receive a full body massage and I had to ask multiple times for her to attend to areas she skipped over. She also mentioned to me I was her last client while it was only 10AM and I believe because of this she half way massaged me. I literally left still in pain. It took a week later to be told I would receive a comp massage which I was thankful for however I had an emergency happen the day of and called an hour before my appointment to reschedule. Unfortunately, I was unable to because it was a comp and I was never told I would not be able to reschedule due to it being a comp. I literally paid $159 for absolutely nothing! Sad thing is... this isn't the first time I had a bad experience at this location and I was willing to give it another try because they're the closest in my area. I adore Barbra at this location! I almost don't want to give this review in fear that people might book her up and I won't get to see her anymore ! Lol But, I need to give her a shout out because I am a very picky massage client and she is the only one that I will go to. She does such an amazing job! She puts her all into her massages. That is so hard to find these days. Especially when these massage therapists are getting multiple clients throughout the day! To get a quality massage is hard to find. She is so thoughtful and very considerate as to what ails me. She puts little touches in the massage that show me she cares (ie. A scented cover over my eyes when I'm laying on my back, so the light doesn't shine in on them. Keeping my feet in a warm wrap while she is massaging my legs, so that my feet stay comfy.) My list and compliments could go on, but I'm trying to make this semi-short. If you ever visit this location, I would ask for her...... but don't ask for her too often. She definitely focused on the areas I asked her to and used the perfect amount of pressure. i just started going regularly to get massages this year and already they have corrected my very poor posture and provided me so much relief from daily back pain. i honestly think i grew another inch now that i'm standing up straight lol. the girls at the front desk, as well as every masseuse i've come in contact with has such good customer service, i always feel right at home when i walk in, and comfort is important to help me relax! i suggest getting a membership because i love that they include elevations, i always get essential oils and hot stones. if you like deep tissue massages, I HIGHLY recommend seeing Barbara! she is hands down the best; it hurts SO GOOD! but if she isn't available, Sam and Alex are also amazing! read more

Called and got a lady-minute appt. with Kris. He was very kind and listened attentively to my concerns. I asked for medium-firm pressure and that's what I got. I had a ton of knots so it wasn't exactly comfortable but I definitely needed that firm pressure to work them out. I have one particular knot that most therapists won't get into because of location and they are afraid of hurting me but I asked Kris to, he did and now it feels so much better. read more

Called to set up an appointment and was able to get in same day due to a last minute cancellation. Requested a deep tissue massage to help relieve tension and stress in my back, neck and shoulders. Tri was my therapist and he did an amazing job! It was over a year since my last visit and he focused on those certain areas while advising what we can work on during my next visit. I'm making it a point to continue to take better care of myself and this is one way for everyone to do so. It's very relaxing, I was sore, but feel so much better today. I'm looking forward to my next visit and will ask for Tri again.
