I made an appointment yesterday afternoon at 3pm for a massage at 2pm today. I called at 9:30am this morning to cancel because I could not make the appointment. They tell me I can't cancel because it's not 24 hours before the appointment. What?? I made the appointment less than 24 hours ago! How am I supposed to cancel in that time frame? LOL. They did not even warn me over the phone about their cancellation policy when asking for my card details. Now they are telling me too bad, they are charging my card no matter what. read more

I have been a member here for a little over a year, and they have always been exceptional in helping with any concerns I've had. In the recent months, my husband and I have been nervous about going out. We contacted Massage Heights and explained that we were not comfortable with coming in at this time. After they explained the extensive cleaning they are doing, we felt a bit better, but decided we still wanted to wait. They were able to pause our account so that we wont be charged, and will be able to resume service whenever we are comfortable. They even offered to get rid of the fee for us. I went for a medium pressure massage. The girl on the phone was friendly and I told her that It was important. She said she had just the therapist and recommended someone named Michael. I'm fine with a male therapist. I get to the appointment and a little old lady ushers me in a room from my trip to the bathroom. From there it was a shit show. She barely applied any pressure, even when I asked her too. I almost got up and left several times. She kept running her hand across my ass on top of the sheet which I found extremely creepy. There were also hot stones which she dropped and weren't hot. When it came time to turn over and rub my legs, again no pressure but she only try to rub my inner thighs and again, I was like what the f-/$. I complained and the still charged me full price (I only came here because I was given a birthday present in February from some friends)I was offered a free 1/2 hour when leaving to come back. I was super traumatized and uncomfortable and angry. I don't know if I'll go back and I have $ left on the gift certificate. I'd steer clear of this place. read more

I can't believe there are bad reviews for this place! I live in Boca and have tried at least 25 different massage places. Massage Heights in Delray is the best I have found! The place is spotless and they always take you on time. They have great communication in reminding you about your appointments (Anita at the front desk even e-mailed me a spread sheet of all my upcoming appointments that I put on my fridge). I have used about 5 different therapists and every one of them gave me a relaxing, professional massage. I bring my dog with me and everyone treats him like royalty. But best of all is how easy it is to check out. I stopped going to Massage Envy because it took so long to check out (sometimes 25-30 minutes!). I even reached out to the owner to make her aware of the problem, but she was too busy to contact an unhappy customer. At Massage Heights I am usually out in under 5 minutes, as it should be. I went here for the first time today in desperate need of a massage. I booked an hour facial and an hour and a half massage with the foot scrub elevation. The entire experience start to finish was wonderful. Alessandra gave such an incredible facial, I can't wait to go back in a few weeks. Then for my massage, I was lucky enough to be assigned to Michelle. She broke down every knot in my shoulders and back that other therapists in the past could not manage to break. I started coming here almost a year ago at a time in my life where I was really in need of some stress relief and relaxation. I have had many massages before and was previously a spa manager, so I'm pretty picky with my massages. I went in kind of skeptical just because I have had so many different therapists before and only occasionally really enjoy my massage. I had Sonny and my massage was absolutely amazing! I was actually relaxed and got the stress relief that i was looking for. After my massage, I decided to do the membership and booked an appointment for the following week. I was only planning to have weekly massages for a month or so, until I was less stressed and at a better place. However, almost a year later, I have been almost every week, except the few weeks I've been away. Sonny is absolutely amazing, always accommodating and focuses on what I need each time, even when I tell him there's nothing out of the ordinary. I came here with my mom and boyfriend , and they had great experiences which is why I gave this 2 stars . However the day before they called and canceled the appointment we made at 10am when it was already confirmed on text that we had it scheduled , and we had to re make the appt for 3pm which wasn't a big deal but it was a little annoying since we were already planning on going . They called at 9:45 the next morning saying we could come in at 10 which at that point was way too late but they offered free hot stones for the inconvenience, but it wasn't that big of a deal. We got there at 2:45 filled out the paper work and I was the last one to go in my mom and boyfriend first , they had great experiences like I said , so I would like to thank massage heights for that but I did not. I went in about 5 mins after my family , and I came out at about 3:50 meaning that I only got a 45 min massage when I waited for the rest of my family for an additional 15 mins . Went for a 90 minute massage. Altho the massage was good it was only 75min:( what a disappointment, he didnt even do my quads,as a matter of fact he didn't work much of the areas I asked (that's the purpose of having a 90 minute massage, to be able to get all the body parts in and extra time on the needier ones :(. after the fact they said their 60 min is really 50 min & 90min is 80. i didn't even get 80. Then I receive a call from Massage Heights to inform me of a special Monday-Wednesday for only $59.99 for 90 minutes. I book an appointment based on that call. I arrive in need of relaxation.My massage therapist I now understand was brand new and SEVERELY untrained and didn't even know how to dim light. I end massage after half way through after staring at the bright light shining in my eyes. This could have been HANDLED properly however with no MANAGER on site. I was told someone would call in the morning to accommodate me. NOT ONLY did Danielle (MANAGER) not call. After realizing my card was CHARGED $149.99??? I called her she proceeded to argue with me and RATIONALIZE my every concern. 5 DAYS LATER no concern for clients concern or security or $$$$$. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD OR GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Newsflash owner....NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME!!!!! We had a GREAT experience! I like medium to firm and the hubby likes deep massage! We get massages twice a month and are very particular. Very clean, very comfortable table and headrest. They offer 4 aromatherapy scents that are complimentary. Very nice touch! The lavender was heavenly, also offered sage and lemongrass and peppermint. We both loved our massages and at $50 for an hour were well worth it. We will definitely be back! read more

don't go there! poor management - several times already have made and appt on my one day off to be called 15 minutes before my appt time that there was no one available. oh i can get you in around 3 maybe, when my appt was at 9! the front desk is incompetent- uhh uhhh i don't - ummmm my director is not here now. the director is never there or never wants to take customer concerns. this location is the worst, making a very bad name for massage heights franchise. i have asked to cancel several times. calling the corporate office. the massage staff complains as well! nothing a customer wants to hear. read more

I took my husband here for a couples 2 hour massage and it was the best ever. THe whole salon is nicer and more plush than previous places. Felt very comfortable and the therapist were the best! I felt so good when I left and so did my husband. I would highly recommend them over any competitor. You will not be disappointed. Everyone in the waiting here so really kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms were at the right temperature and the bedding was like a 5 star hotel. The head rest was so comfortable, not like some where my neck is strained. Even after the massage and you roll onto your back, the bed for your head raises so it's not so uncomfortable on your neck with some towel propped behind your head likes other salons. Felt very comfortable and I get panic attacks at time and George helped me relax in a way no one ever did. Thanks for an outstanding experience. I will be back! read more

This was my first experience receiving a massage outside of a Resort Spa and it made the saying, "You get what you pay for" true. I had an appointment at 5:20PM and arrived 15 minutes early to fill out the paperwork. They didn't take me back until after 5:40PM. On the paperwork it asks you to circle where you would like the massage to be focused so I circled my gluteus medius/maximus and then a separate circle for my trapezius. My masseuse didn't even massage my gluteus medius/maximus, even after she verbally asked me where I would like the focus to be. When I told her where, she asked if I have had an injury there and I said, no. Overall the massage felt incomplete and uneven because she lacked persistence in the pressure she was providing. If you're looking for a full body massage, I do not recommend going here, especially if you are used to getting massages at resort spas or luxury day spas. If you are in Delray, I recommend the Seagate on Atlantic Avenue. It's worth the extra cost. read more
