Me and my girls decided to book a Groupon to this Location. When we called to book, the receptionist took her information and was very thorough and quick. She was very knowledgeable about the area as we needed some recommendations on what to eat in the area. When we got to the location, it was a little tricky to find but we did find it. It was hard to get some parking as it is in the shopping plaza and it is pretty busy so keep that in mind. when we walked in, we were met by the receptionist and they greeted us and took our information. We did not have to wait long to get to our masseuse. We were offered water, and if we need it to freshen up in the bathroom. My masseuse name was Colvin. I was a little hesitant, because this is the first time that I had a male masseuse, but he was very professional and very respectful. I also like that under the massage table. They do have an emergency button in case if there is an emergency and I will need to leave. I have the medium deep tissue massage with enhancement of a foot scrub. The massage room was very clean and had a nice smell. The music was also nice as well. Colvin was able to massage out tension in my shoulders, and I knew exactly where to massage to get the tension out in different parts of my body. The enhancement foot scrub was also nice. Although we did pay a really good price to the Groupon, I would not mind paying the regular price because the service was five star. read more

Went for a massage with a Groupon that I scored. It was a great experience. The girl at the front was super friendly and very welcoming. Massage was so great. I really felt relaxed when I left, however that's when they try to sell you on their packages which I really did not like. I was in a rush to get somewhere and the last thing I want to do after a massage is sit there and go over packages when I was not interested. This was my first time ever hearing of this place and since they say they have been here for 6 years I figured I would try it out- something must be going well! They had a first time visit special for 90 minutes which I appreciated! The location was easy to find and it was easy to find parking. The entrance area was light and breezy with comfortable seating to wait. I was asked to filled out a form and there were some marketing questions on it like, " how often do you want to get a massage" etc. I booked with a female therapist as even though it says women-owned and operated there are male therapists. My session was with Anke and she was kind and got down to business. I asked for firm/deep pressure and mostly that is what i received. She concentrated on my chosen target area and then gave the rest of my body some attention as well. The hot towel touches were nice. I feel pretty good! The women at the reception were also friendly and kind and attentive! That's a big plus over the other places i've been where they don't even look up! I'm happy to support this business. read more

Well, they didn't quite get the name right because this is one of the lowest massages I've ever had. Both my wife and I reported the same experience with two different massage therapists. We came for 90 minute massages. My wife was done at an 70 mins and I was done at 80 mins. Parts of the massage were decent, but it just felt like someone was rubbing lotion on me for most of it. Same for my wife. She said, " I guess they don't get their massage therapists". The vibe is great. The cleanliness is great but the customer service and actual massage not so great. read more

I have been a faithful attendee of Massage Heights in Delray Beach for several years, ever since a friend gave me a guest massage for a Christmas gift. All the therapists are excellent - I have Hector and Ricky occasionally, who know exactly what type of deep tissue massage I like, and they are consistent, courteous, and I am always very comfortable. The front desk personnel are exceptional as well. I HIGHLY recommend Massage Heights...the best massage establishment I have ever frequented, and of course, I am a member! The membership agreement is very fair and reasonable - they do not try to get a year up front for their yearly membership, just a commitment which you can terminate at any time with no trouble, no penalty. I was a member for quite some time and then cancelled it due to funds. I've recently rejoined and am happy I did. I've had several massages with another therapist who has since left. Today I met with Adam for a massage. He listen well to my areas of concern and worked the area well. I can actually turn my head again! He was very nice and professional and immediately put me at ease. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and it was very medicinal. One thing that I found interesting was Adam left me a warm damp hand towel to wipe off excess lotion before I dressed!! I went with my wife for their Fathers Day special on Fathers day. It was at Delray place Delray Beach. We had a 90 min massage booked with add on free CBD. The massage started 15 min late and then ended 15 min early!!! 30 minutes they took just from the beginning and end. The male masseuse barely used a light touch with no technical skills of massage. The CBD was about 60 second over promised under delivered! After alerting the front desk they stated that someone would call about it. The owner of the franchise called to try and sell more of this scam massage. The manager never called I have contacted them three times and NO ONE CARES OR CONTACTS BACK. If you are looking for a unmemorable light touch inexperienced massage that they take time away and then never want to hear your complaints this SCAM is for you. read more

I booked a massage at 1 PM for later that day, Great massage, very clean place. The staff was amazing, very friendly very helpful.

So unfortunately they are getting 1 star for several reasons. On my last visit I booked a 1.5 hr massage. Upon checking in Sarah at the front desk advised I can no longer use my wife's account. I explained to her that when we called the day before to make the appointment we spoke about it and were told a manager would call us back but they never did. Due to medical issues she can't use all of her credits so I've been using them for the past 2 years on and off in between her treatments. I also told Sarah it was approved by the manager. Sarah, with a cocky attitude, stated there's several managers and there's no notes in your account to share credits. They wanted to charge me $200 for a massage. Sarah called the owner who was on speaker phone who again said I can no longer use my wife's credits even though she's going through cancer issues. I left my appointment extremely upset. My wife and I came back to the store several hrs later and spoke to the manager who was extremely nice, very understanding, and rectified the issue for us. The worse part about this is that the last time my wife went to get a massage, Sarah didn't believe who she was and demanded to see her ID which made her extremely uncomfortable. We have been going to this location for years!!! To make matters even worse, massage heights can't keep their staff. The front desk people are constantly changing, great massage therapists continue to leave, the communication is extremely poor, and the owner could care less about customer service. Because we have had a plethora of issues at this store, we have cancelled the membership. It's too bad because they still have a couple great massage therapist. Unfortunately the really good ones left too. It's obvious that the problem starts at the top with the owner and won't take responsibility for ANYTHING, and blames issues on corporate like she did today. I have been coming here for a while now and absolutely love it. I think the complaints are so ridiculous, such as the 8% vs 7%... I had to laugh because this type of entitlement is very sad. I generally don't like to write bad reviews because frankly my experience could be totally different from someone else's. If your looking for a place that has all great Massage therapists then this is the place. You get what you want and nothing more and nothing less. They provide awesome facials which I was shocked to find out the pricing on microdermabrasion which is actually a very good deal. Everyone has a bad day but for those of you to write horrific things about someone and make personal attacks on someone's appearance is extremely shallow. I think some of you need a psychological review instead of a massage. There must be something going on that requires some real help and that makes me feel sorry for you. Given the current climate, I no longer feel comfortable getting a massage or facial. I contacted Massage Heights and asked to cancel my membership and have a refund issued. This is a unique circumstance and it should be understood that people no longer want to participate in these types of services. They basically told me I can cancel and I have a limit time to redeem my services or I can freeze and hope they don't go out of business before I am comfortable returning. I have 8 paid for services. That is almost $500 worth of service that I am not going to be able to use if I don't feel comfortable being within 6 feet of someone. Very disappointing. I have been offered to freeze my account. I do not foresee wanting to go back due to the current health crisis. Some people are just changing some activities that they are willing to participate in. I am forced to either go back at a later date (which I do not want to do) or lose almost $500 in massage credits. I am asking for a refund given the current circumstances. Update - I was able to work with ownership for charges that occurred during the height of CoVid, which I appreciated. My overall experience, other than what I referenced above, has been positive. read more

I had an appointment this evening with Dylan, who Isee specifically because of the chronic pain I have in my neck and shoulders. When I arrived tonight, i was informed I would have my service with Amanda (who was very nice). I received NO phone call prior to my drive up from Fort Lauderdale that Dylan had to leave early and that they would be changing my therapist. After my massage, the girl at the front desk (who was also very nice) tells me that she called the manager and that the manager said that someone did call me but that I never picked up - that couldn't be a bigger LIE. I am an oncall engineer and therefore have my phone on me every second of the day. The only missed calls I had were yesterday and even showed the girl at the front desk. my reception is perfect while at work which is when they would've called. I was only comped 30 minutes of my service because of this lie. I will not be coming back here again and will tell all of my friends and family to take their business elsewhere. One of the masseuses here molested me on the table. It was so traumatizing and I cried for days. When I told the manager she blamed me for not jumping up and running away. Not everybody has the same reaction when something traumatizing happens! She offered to give me another masseuse next time if I wanted to use the last massage in my package. I joined because of a fabulous promotion and was using it a lot when things started to open from covid & they were offering discounts but now it seems they sneak an upgrade so they can charge you and they are not clear when booking about pricing. I wanted to use my package up in 80 minutes and they said they did a deep tissue which was not what I wanted and not very deep. Anyway, place is clean but they change employees often and front desk needs to learn to get you in and out especially after a relaxing massage. read more

Yovanna is THE BEST!! Ventured out for my first time during the COVID-19 craziness. I've been extraordinarily careful and stayed quarantined. Had an hour and 1/2 massage at the Delray Massage Heights. They have the lobby closed and you call to go in. They were very professional and taking precautions. I was totally comfortable. Yovanna is magic in finding stress areas and it was literally the BEST massage I've had -and I've had a lot! Great, firm pressure and getting into working out muscles. She really is talented. Inappropriately touched by masseuse-Bought a 3 pack of massages and William was recommended to me for his ability to do body work. The first time he made comments about how he was happy that he got paid to rub on peoples bodies like mine. I blew it off because he really was good at what he did & he didn't cross any lines. So the next week I went back. He didn't tuck the covers under me like he was supposed to and I'm pretty sure he got a whole view of my privates when he was working my hip socket around. Then he flipped me over and turned my knee out and started massaging my inner thigh. He brushed past my labia twice before I ripped the covers over and turned my leg back in. He was definitely testing me and would've went further. I reported it to the manager and all she said was "fill out an incident report and we can get you with another therapist." This is totally screwed up and messed me up for days. I'm beyond upset and violated and feel like nobody cared! Update to response: Nobody ever contacted me after the first call about this so that's not true what's being said about contacting me. William posted a review right below here basically calling me a liar which I can't help but think is condoned by the business. Defamation of character? How about sexual assault?! I have mixed feelings about writing this review. Because i have mixed feelings about Massage Heights. The therapists are great. Each therapist has their own style and depending on your needs/desires, you will find the right therapist. However, their administration/management is not on par. In fact, Massage Heights is the classic example why one should not register for auto payments. They keep your credit card on file and it is accessible to office staff (with constant turnover) who use it (lately) to charge whatever and whenever and when they cannot figure out the membership. My card has been billed 4 times in the last four months for inaccurate charges. All without me approving or signing. Good Luck getting the owner/office manager to address the situation except with lame excuses that demonstrate lack of knowledge and caring regarding the matter. The computer system from their end end apparently is very difficult to keep track of membership credits. A few months ago, they charged my card $139 saying the membership expired. That was after clarifying with staff PRIOR to massage that my membership was still active with credits, as well as after the massage. As i pulled away, i got a message from AmEx that there was a charge on my card. A month later, the auto fee was charged. And today again. Upon speaking to them, they say i never canceled. True. They canceled me according to what i was told. All in all very frustrating. I am willing to keep the membership (and would since they have great therapists) but not thrilled about their billing and revord keeping. read more

My wife and I have had a membership for over a year and we've always had an amazing experience. Every therapist is unique and talented. You can customize what your needs are when you book. What's special is that each therapist has their own style, so it's not a generic massage. Very peaceful environment. Exceptionally clean and quiet. Highly recommend everyone.
