Very disappointed with my experience here. 1) This place shouldn't be advertising 90 minute massages when it's really an 80 minute massage. 2) There's no set standard on how customers are treated. After my appointment, I sat in the lobby waiting for my husband's appointment to be done. I observed each therapist treat their clients differently as they came out. Some were escorted out, some were given cups of water, etc. When I spoke to my husband, I told him I wasn't offered water after my massage, and when I got down from the massage table there wasn't a towel or mat to step onto to. He said his therapist provided water and a towel to step onto. 3) The massage therapist I got wasn't very communicative. I paid for a deep tissue massage which started off with decent pressure, but after I asked for lighter pressure on my calves, the rest of the massage wasn't deep tissue at all. I even asked for harder pressure but that didn't occur. Also this therapist only used the same techniques over-and-over on my back. I told her my back was the main focus but she didn't even try to work out any knots or anything. My husband said his therapist identified some knots and worked on those areas. Maybe I got someone right out of massage school? Regardless, this place should have set standards on how clients are treated. When the person at the desk who checked us out asked how my massage was, I was a little hesitant to complain. I figured I probably wouldn't be back, but even after I told her how this experience was poor, the only thing she offered was to book me with someone else who might be more suitable to me and then tried to sell their monthly packages to us. My husband said he had a way different experience, and the place was clean so that's why I'm not giving this place 1 star. read more

I don't recommend this Massage Heights if you are signing up for a membership with your spouse or significant other . I signed up with my husband using the same bank acct. info using my debit card to do auto withdrawal monthly $69.99 per person I canceled the membership in January after the year but because I did not give my husbands phone number they continued to withdrawal money from my acct. for his membership. I had an appointment scheduled, my son who works for law enforcement phoned saying they called him in in emergency, and I needed to go watch his baby! I phoned massage Heights in adobe Plaze and spoke to a Breanne, I explained the situation why I could not make it. Breanna was very rude, and told me she was going to charge me $36.00 for missed appointment. Everything is tried to explain, she talked over me and acted like she could care less. I signed up for massage heights membership I got a Groupon and it turned out to be well worth it!! I had Angela as my massage therapist she was amazing! The only reason to knock a star off was because this morning I called three times and no one answered I even left a message. And I went in because I was close and turns out no one was in there but one lady and 2 receptionist and told them I called they seem to be in impressed. I was a little skeptical seeing the reviews on Yelp, but for the price we still decided to try them out. Booking over the phone was smooth - no issues with the desk. When we checked in the staff couldn't have been more friendly. Several repeat clients came in while we were checking in, and everyone was nice. The massages with the hot stones were really good. Actually the best I've had for some time! The massage room was clean and the massage tables were solid and high tech. The massage therapist couldn't have been nicer. After the massages we checked out at the desk. They explained their membership program; we asked lots of questions and decided to try it out long term. They were very clear on explaining everything, and we asked specific questions just to clarify things. All our questions were answered. Nothing about my experience was bad. This is only based on interaction on the phone, never tried the services. I called them on Wednesday to book two appointments for me and my wife on Sunday. I received the phone call on Friday telling me the massage was at 4pm Friday. Thats fine we all make mistakes and they made the mistake in scheduling. What I didn't like is when I spoke to the manager who refunded me the cancelation fee, she did not even apologize for the inconvenience. My husband and I had purchased 60 minute couples massage Groupons and came here the other day hoping for deep tissue massages. We were assigned two males which we were good with expecting our massages to be on the stronger, firmer side. When we arrived, we were given two questionnaires asking about pressure level desired and which areas to focus on. We were also given the choice of elevation add-on and we chose hot stones. Our massage therapists were very polite, but they didn't come get us until at least 5 minutes after our scheduled time. Of course we had to undress and prepare in the room, so our massage started close to ten times late. We noticed they ended the massages early as well, so really the 60 minute massages were more like 45 minutes at best. And now for the massages....The massages were not deep tissue at all, but more like Swedish massages I suppose. The therapists never asked us that important question most masseuses ask, "How's the pressure?" The hot stones felt nice and were the highlight of the massage. When we left, the receptionist tried to get us to sign up for a membership to which we declined. We will continue to search for true deep tissue massage. read more

Tia was a breath of fresh air--this visit was miles better than my last. She gave me the full session time and really listened when I asked for extra attention on my upper back and neck. I had expected a full-body massage, but it seems there was a miscommunication, and she focused solely on the upper body. That said, the care she put into those tense areas made all the difference. The massage quality has been subpar. Additionally, my payment method was hacked and had to cancel my card on file. Rather than a call from the local business I simply was sent emails. I asked to pause my account. They told me it would cost me $10. I have 10 hours worth of massage. Receptionist also let me know the owner is in Chicago so she doesn't care that the suspend fee should be waived. Apparently the staff and owner do not care about members that have been there for a long time. In fact, I was reminded that canceling and if I ever rejoin, I would have to pay the new higher rate. I really think this place and ownership has gone downhill. read more

Massage heights is located near Sunset station casino. I attended this location today for a birthday massage. The location was clean, and there were Covid safeguards in places. I had a couples massage and it was amazing. The massage was an hour long, and it was much needed. The massage tech used hot stones and lots of lotion. The pressure was a little harder than I'm used to, and I felt a little beat up at the end, and for the next several days, however, it was well worth it. I felt so relaxed afterwards, it was awesome.
