Extremely disappointed with both my experience and how management handled my concerns afterward. I booked and paid for an 80-minute massage but was taken back around 7:07 PM, the massage didn't begin until approximately 7:10-7:15, and it ended at 8:20. I clearly did not receive the full 80-minute service I paid for. What was even more frustrating was the pushback from management when I brought this up, rather than an effort to make the situation right. I even asked them to review their camera footage to verify the timeline. We've been members, but after this experience and the way it was handled, we will be canceling our membership. I would give negative stars if I could. I walked into the location after one of their massages triggered my sciatica really bad I couldn't walk after my massage. They told me I have 90 days to use my remaining 2 credits. Cool. I thought about it but it's really not worth triggering my back for. They called me about the credits and I even said to the last person who calls me no thanks I don't want to use my credits it's fine. Welp. They've been charging me. No proof of cancellation at all... when I walked into there to cancel. I'm livid. I'm contacting my bank to put in fraudulent charges as I was charged at least 3 months since I've cancelled.
