Scheduled deep tissue massages for my husband and I after being LONG overdue. I was happy that they were available and open considering everything else. The scheduling process was easy (they even had a Groupon), and the customer service was great also. My issue lies with the therapists. I completed the initial intake forms, was VERY specific about the areas I needed serviced as well as the TYPE of massage, but honestly it felt like they were literally just rubbing our skin. I even asked my therapist if he could apply more pressure. His response, "I will." That is not acceptable. "Will," is future tense - I'm asking you to do this now! I didn't want to wait til the tail end of my massage stating "I need more pressure." Needless to say he only applied extra pressure in "parts," not consistently all over. Also, neither of the therapists asked if we needed anything or how the experience was going until THE END. My husband and I were both disappointed and felt like it was a waist of time and money. The receptionist tried selling a membership, but I am not convinced to comeback and waste more time. read more

Second time here and Sofia worked on me for a 90 minute deep tissue treatment. Hands down, Sofia was wondering and I was absolutely pleased with her service. I came in with severe shoulder and arm pain from my running training and she addressed my areas of concern and was very thorough in her work. Sofia checked in on me several times about the pressure and I was simply delighted to have such an Amazing therapist take care of me. While I enjoyed the masseuses available at this location, be careful when signing up for a membership. After fulfilling my yearly contract and paying on time, I made the request to have my account cancelled. To my surprise, I was still being charged for 5 months and had to forfeit $300. They would not refund my money and I was not able to take advantage of the services I had paid for unless I was willing to keep my account open. I've definitely learned to not lock myself into contracts at business like these anymore. read more

DO NOT GET BO!! I had brain surgery and told him this and asked him to avoid the neck, head area. He didn't listen, his English is poor, he worked on my head and neck and kept asking if it felt good. I continued to tell him not that area. He didn't listen. This was my one and only time I've ever went to this particular one, it was a horrific experience. Avoid Bo at all costs. I've been going to the Champions location since it opened. I can generally get the appointments I want and see the same massage therapist, Bo. He is excellent. He's very quiet but that allows me to fully relax uninterrupted and I get the best benefit of my massage. He always asks if I want light , medium and deep tissue for my massage and he knows my fav scent is lemongrass. The facility is neat and clean and always has a great ambiance and is just plain relaxing the minute you walk in the door. Try them!! You'll like them. read more

I was looking for a place nearby that my MIL and I could get massages at after the Thanksgiving holiday. They were very accommodating over the phone and were able to fit us both in on Black Friday, at the same time. The facility is very nice and the massage room was very relaxing. Appropriate temperature, lighting and music. My therapist, Felicia, was very nice and thorough in asking me about my preferences. Our first-time massage was $49, and we added hot stones for an additional $20. They offered complimentary aromatherapy which was a nice bonus. The massage did not quite last the 60 minutes I expected, but was overall a nice experience. I can't quite put my finger on what was MISSING from the massage, though. All I can really say is, I've had better. It did serve its purpose and was an excellent deal, however. I'm not sure if I will return to Massage Heights, but there's no doubt they offer great deals and is worth the value! read more

I'm not someone to write reviews- and I'm telling you that you MUST request Nina and Andrea. They are both absolutely incredible. They're accommodating and give exactly what you ask for in regards to pressure and service. They constantly check in with you and give you tools to alleviate future soreness and pain. I paid for a Deep Tissue Massage for my spouse. He stated all he felt was oil being rubbed on him. Then I was told Deep Tissue Massages are the same as the others. So why are they called deep tissue then? We clearly stated he was a body builder and an athlete, the stated we could have a discount on future services.
