Well, we saw some reviews which highly recommend this place. Also the reviews said this place was great place to use a Groupon coupon for a couple massage. Note: when I checked in (here) with Yelp, there was a 50% off coupon... Would've been nice to know that in advance, but I guess now I do! So, we went ahead and purchased a couples massage through Groupon for $118 plus tax. Accord to the business and Groupon, this was a one hour couples massage. We arrived at 4:45 (as requested), and filled out their paperwork. We were taken back to the room at exactly 5 o'clock. There was a preliminary meet and greet. We undressed and got on our tablets. That took at least 5 minutes. We both felt we got good massages, just slightly better than average. Both of our masseuses were respectful and friendly. It seems like the massages were over quickly, however, it always typically seems that way! But, we dressed and went back to the front desk (which took at least a couple of minutes) it was 5:49. So I asked why our 1 hour massage was more like 40 minutes. He said they had to get ready for their next clients, however no one was in the waiting area. He also said the one hour massage is supposed to be "50 minutes hands on". If the massages had been 50 minutes, I would have given them 5 stars. Don't think we will return as we can only assume the future ones will also be cut short. Too bad as we are looking for a regular place! read more

I had a 90 minute massage and half way into the treatment, the massage therapist left the room and came back wearing latex gloves. I had a couple patches of heat rash on my leg. She did not ask my permission to wear the gloves, and it was very irritating to listen to the rubber against my skin. The owner Omar only offered me an "elevated" treatment on my next visit, which amounts to hot stone or a foot scrub. NO THANK YOU! I will never come back to this establishment. If you sign up for their membership, make sure to watch your account when you cancel. I canceled my membership middle of November, they continued to charge me for 2 more months before I caught it. I have left at least 5 messages for this manager, Nicky, and have had no call back. I was actually told one time that they had a bunch of people they needed to credit back. I understand that these things happen sometimes. If those mistakes get corrected, all good. The lack of customer service, on the other hand, is not! I had a 90 minute Massage with Luisa, she is a very professional and fantastic Massage Therapist. I was very sore from my workout activities. I was scheduled for today with a new set of therapists and they met our every need. Every thing that was an issue for me the first go around was rectified. UPDATED TO RESPOND TO MANAGER I DID make an appointment hence the phone calls and texts that i received to confirm that i would make my appointment. If there is a tier system that is given to customers why offer Groupon at all and why make appointments if they will be cancelled. That's not how you gain customers, that's how you lose customers before they even experience your service. No thanks! Unfortunately my review is about the location and not the actual massage itself. I scheduled a massage for my husband and myself for our one year anniversary. I received several text throughout the week confirming my appointment and then a call this morning to ask if a male and female masseuse would be ok and also told to arrive 10minutes early. Ok, great! About 45 minutes before our appointment the location called to reschedule our appointment because one of the masseuse had to leave. While I understand things happen this is very disappointing considering my husband is a vet and it's our one year anniversary today ( Veterans Day) so I wanted to treat him to something relaxing. They mentioned that normally they don't accept Groupons on the weekend but I could reschedule and use mine on a weekend day. I went here as a surprise mini birthday present for my fiancé. I actually had a really good experience, better than I imagined. Just FYI, they do have a Groupon deal, however if you call, they'll be able to give you that deal without buying the Groupon. That was really easy for me, I called, and made an appointment and locked in that price. Over the phone the receptionist was really nice, she really made sure that she confirmed everything from what we wanted, our name, etc. You also get a call or a text a day or two before to make sure you were still coming, that was nice. When I arrived, parking is super easy, they are in a shopping complex. We were greeted when we walked in, they give you a sheet to fill out so make sure you come 15 minutes before your actual appointment to fill it out. It's quite a bit. The inside of the place is actually really nice, they sell a lot of stuff you can use, like lotions, oils etc. We did a couples massage, I had a man, and my fiancé had a woman, we were able to get that request accommodated. The massage was really nice, the music was nice, ours came with essential oil's, the mood was set just right. I love the personal touch with the pillows for the women, it really helped me be comfortable when I was laying face down. Overall the customer service was great, the price was about $90 for two people I believe. And that was for 60 minutes. It's never enough but they definitely have other good deals. I wonder why the reviews for this place are great, but the star rating seems low. They probably worked out some kinks, because this place was awesome. My bf and I treated ourselves to a couples massage while in Ft. Worth and this was the place we chose. First things first, they give you 50% your first visit. That's a helluva deal. My massage was pretty good. The team was friendly, the massage was just right and the facility was clean. I'd recommend this place for your basic massage for relaxation or stress relief. I wouldn't recommend the couple massage for any romance or intimacy. We were really just in a room getting massages together. They weren't even the same massage. I'm honestly not pleased with my experience and I haven't even been able to get an appointment. My partner and I got a Groupon to get a couples massage as we're both exhausted from work. When I called to book the appointment (as per the Groupon) we were advised that we were not able to use a Groupon on weekends at all or after 5 on weekdays. So.... We pretty much would never be able to get an appointment to use this groupon. We both work until 5. This information is nowhere in the Groupon. I called back and requested that that the Groupon be honored since it was falsely advertised and I got a no. Groupon will only provide a voucher as opposed to a refund. So unless we are able to find something else with Groupon to spend it on, we are out about $150 Im sure it's not the receptionists fault but this is some very poor service and it makes me question if I would want to use this company's services in the future due to the dishonesty. My tip: if you're going to get a service here, don't bother with a Groupon. It costs the same without Groupon anyways. Post company response Edit: Yes. We've already had this conversation on the phone. My issue is that it was not disclosed on the Groupon that the Groupon could only be used before 5 on weekdays. So we buy a Groupon not having any knowledge of this and then find out that we are not able to use it since we both work and are not able to make an appointment before 5 (like most couples with jobs). And then, knowing this (which, y'all were clearly aware this was an issue long before I bought this groupon, as per our phone call), you refused to honor the Groupon even though it was knowingly misrepresented. And your response was "well if I honor it for you, I'd have to honor it for everyone else". Um, yeah. As you should when your company misrepresents something. It's called being accountable. If you had read my review, you would have seen that I have already contacted Groupon. They will not refund. They will only provide us with a credit that we can use later so if we are not able to find something else to use it on, we are just out that money. I include this information to convey part of the impact of your dishonesty. I will not be calling. My experience with y'all has already been a huge pain in the A and there is nothing left to be said. 1st massage ever! I scheduled a couples massage for my boyfriend and I for our anniversary. I message the business through Yelp and got a response the same day! Called the business and set our appointment. The receptionist I spoke to was wonderful, soft spoken, informative. Appointment scheduled 10am on a Saturday morning. The couples room was lovely, very big, 2 massage beds, plenty of space. The massage beds even have a warmer! Our massage was awesome. The therapist will ask you where you'd like them to focus, inform them if they need to ease up on a certain location or apply more pressure. We did the couples massage and it was wonderful ! We have done it 3 times now but this time it just seemed above and beyond simply amazing. I have been so tense lately and when my husband said let's us our Groupon I jumped at it. My husband has been off work due to having shoulder surgery and he let them know and they worked around that also helping loosen it up he enjoyed it so much he actually fell asleep. I wish I had the name of my masseuse she hit every tense place and worked on each place til it was worked out. I definitely recommend this place. I've decided to get a membership and I usually don't do memberships because I think oh I'll just waste it but this is one I know I will keep going back for more. Save yourself the headache. We signed up for a 12 month contract, however, everything possible has gone wrong ever since we signed up. First, the therapist we prefer quit. Secondly, every therapist we have tried after that has either been unprofessional or just simply not a good therapist. Third, I can't seem to ever get a call back from management. There are constantly new employees behind the counter, who have little to no training in customer service. For the third time in three weeks now, I have called to speak to a manager. Somehow, there isn't a manager until Friday, and no one close to management I can speak to about our concerns.
