This is my third visit back to this location & i have seen 2 therapist while i have been in & 1 esthetician & i could not be more happy with my services at this location, the 2 therapist i saw was Tom for my first visit & he was amazing! He really specializes in reflexology & it helped with pains a great deal, & Roderick was amazing as well, i was only needed upper body that day due to a sports injury & my pain level was a 9 when i went in that day & by the end of my session my pain was completely gone! I Recently went in for a hydra facial because i heard they are now offering this service at spring creek so i wanted to give it a try since i typically go to a competitor company. I saw Charla and she by far is the best esthetician i have seen. This treatment is amazing, it was such a good service and has cheaper pricing for massages and hydrafacials than different companys i am definitely continuing to come back to Massage Heights Spring Creek. Very Bad Back muscle pain. I have a membership, so I go every month. I would say 99.9 percent of there therapist are in the excellent category. However, on this day, Rebecca helped me out of so much pain. I recently had a car accident with 4 herniated disk and got 2 spinal injections. The doctor told me to continue my rehab with massage, heat, etc. This is the 2nd time Rebecca has been my therapist. She is incredibly good about working the pain spots, she can switch to hard pressure to soft and working the pain spots. I came with a pain scale of at least 7 and am in pain every day. She worked out the muscle spasms with expertise. If I could have hugged her I would have. She is so professional and knows human anatomy and how to work it. It was so great that she showed so much compassion for my pain. If she was a doctor I would have gladly paid her whatever she charged, Rebecca, thank you so much! read more

Victoria is an amazing facialist! Let me begin by saying that I rarely leave reviews. However, my exceptional service by Victoria warrants recognition. With my initial facial with Victoria, I kept thinking "wow, she's educating me about skincare far more than anyone ever has." Additionally, she did some different cleanses, etc. to really optimize the facial for my skin type. At the end, I was astounded to learn how new she was to the business and how young she really is, despite carrying herself in an extremely professional way. My successive facials have been equally great with her. Everyone wants some thing different with your facials...if you're wanting a great facial with someone who knows her stuff and will educate you (if you want...or she can provide a "quiet facial"), Victoria is your esthetician. I go regularly for deep tissue massage with Zlata. I have suffered for almost two years with bursitis in my shoulder and after undergoing a cortisone shot combined with prescribed PT, I had not much relief from pain and tension in shoulder, upper arm and elbow. After only a few weeks with Zlata, I no longer have pain and now have wide range of movement, almost no tightness. Zlata applies the right amount of pressure to loosen tight muscles. I require strong, deep pressure and she is quite strong, but will check to ensure I am comfortable with the pressure. Zlata is extremely knowledgeable and gives precise instructions for home stretching and exercises which have helped me improve so swiftly. I wish I had found her before going for shots and costly PT! Regardless, I am thrilled to have found Zlata and this excellent spa. read more

I have had regular massage therapy for my back for years and just recently switched over to Massage Heights Spring Creek when they opened due to the convenience to my home. So far I have been very happy with the experience. From the minute you walk in the front desk attendants are friendly and very helpful. I have seen KC the past few months for my massages and feel she does a wonderful job with just the right amount of pressure. She is very attentive and very good at zeroing in on the tight spots. The included elevations and aromatherapy are great and add so much to the massage experience. I've also had the opportunity to try the facial and really enjoyed that as well. I was so happy when I saw Massage Heights going in our neighborhood. It is so convenient and the membership is economical. The front desks attendants are all so friendly and helpful. It's usually pretty busy but the place is always so clean. A welcoming or departing fresh glass of water is always available. KC (Kim) is so talented. I was just in Saturday with my husband and it was so relieving. I suffer from neck and lower back issues and KC always puts in a little extra stretches and just the right pressure. My husband's lower back and leg felt great after Jennifer's treatment. We recommend this location to anyone thinking about a massage subscription. They have many options to choose from. PLEASE PLEASE listen to this! Do not go here!!! I have been getting massages for a decade and this was the WORST experience ever! I will be contacting the CEO. The therapists are absolutely horrible. I'm sure they are good people but as far as skills, they are horrible. I spent $120 for a couples massage. Absolutely horrible! My 7 year old gives me more therapeutic back rubs. It was unbelievable! I have never written a bad review on a company before but this was extremely important. For the amount of money spent, it was substantial that I let the public know NOT to go here. I was very impressed from the moment I scheduled my appointment online. It was followed up by an email and a phone call making sure everything was like I wanted it and on go. When I arrived, the check-in process went quickly, the waiting area was clean and very inviting. I got a massage with add-on foot scrub. I failed to get the therapist's name, but she was very good, attentive and followed up with things I could do in the future to avoid tightness I had. Then, I had a facial with Emma. The place is beautiful and very close to home. The front desk attendant was kind and answered all of my questions. Aggie, my amazing therapist, seemed to have six hands! He worked out a tense muscle that is been having trouble with for the past few days. However, I am not quite sure about signing a contract to get a massage. That fact was the only disappointing one out of the entire experience. I was initially apprehension when I walked in the door expecting to get drilled and persuaded into signing a contract. I I recently had a body massage and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which immediately helped me unwind. The therapist, Audrey was professional, attentive, and made sure to focus on the areas where I was holding the most tension. The pressure was just right, and I left feeling refreshed, loose, and much less stressed. I could really tell the difference in how my muscles felt afterward. Everyone here is so nice. I have had a problem with my neck since 2009 and this is honestly they first place I've been to that actually helped my problem for long periods of time! I don't get as many headaches anymore. I really wish I could go in more often. I bought the 12 month plan that actually helps me get a discount every time I go. I failed to communicate my desire for deep tissue...Alia was awesome and was able to switch my masseuse last minute (not typical). Zlata is a wonderful German lady whose Father is a chiropractor and she is trained in medicinal massages. She was absolutely amazing! I am going to be so sore tomorrow but in the best way possible! I've had knee pain while running for 2 years now. Multiple doctors, x-rays, mri's, etc. and it was determined I had chronic IT Band Syndrome. The last doctor I had told me me last and final fix was surgery. I wasn't interested in that and a friend recommended massage therapy. After explaining my issue with the front desk manager, she recommended Siri. After 4 appointments I can now run again! Most importantly pain free! I have been to another massage heights location but did not feel as relaxed or as well taken care of as I did today. I went in with a migraine and My massage therapist was Erica. I was recommended the face massage elevation at the front desk but was wary as I'd had it before and was not impressed but Erica was fantastic!
