They had last min availability, so we booked for a 90 min couple massage with Frame and Rachel I believe. The location was easy to find and we got parking right in front. The customer service was great and the place is beautifully decorated. We filled out the form and were taken to the room to get ready for our massages. I opted not to let them step on my back, however my husband did and did cupping as well. Out of all the massages we gotten in the U.S. and out of the country, this was the best we have ever had! We both left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. It was exactly what we needed after our long drive. Will definitely come here as often as we can. I usually only give reviews that are when I get above and beyond service. I came due to the special price on summer promo, and was hoping I would see results. Some of the things I appreciated: 1. Mayela gave me sound advice for my treatment and was honest. 2. She was very clear on the after care and follow up instructions. 3. Be ready to follow up, it's part of the protocol and you will be happier overall when you let her see her work, so she's satisfied with the results. 4. I went in with very realistic expectations because I've spent way more and looked overdone or lacking the right area for me; I was so pleasantly surprised at the difference after 5 days. Like I had surgery kind of work done, that kinda difference. 5. She has the expertise and just plain knowledge of how it all works, and now I really trust her. 6. I bought threads, Botox and Juvederm on a summer special and plan to follow up every 9 months to a year with Mayela for sure. It was a bit pricey but I will tell you that it was less than a plastic surgeon's nurse but more than a normal med spa, and I've tried both in the Woodlands. 8.
