This is a franchise massage/facial place. I have a membership which means I pay a set price monthly and get credits. If I don't use them, they roll over. If I need more, I pay a discounted rate for them. Honestly, the discounted rates pretty much equate to standard rates most other places. BUT because I preapay, it makes me take time for myself. This location in particular is one of the nicer ones. I don't live in the area, but I needed a massage and they were nearby with availability. Booked using the app- easy. The waiting area has comfortable seating and well-displayed products (Apothke and Archipelago candles, Dermalogica face creams, Latika and Tara self-care). Staff was friendly, lemon water was on point, and the lightly bouncy music in the waiting room help set the mood for pre-relaxation. A secondary waiting area is available by the 10 service rooms so you can wait between massage and facial without having to go out front. Everything was clean and smelled nice. I'm a powerlifter so I lift heavy weights at least 5 times a week. So getting a good deep tissue massage on the regular is imperative. Trey is amazing!!! He applies the perfect amount of pressure. His focus on my knots and tight muscles is great. He always starts off asking me if I have any problem areas or if there is certain body part I need focus on. Beware!!!! My wife went to have a back mussel worked they tricked her into signing up for a monthly contract. I was forced to file a fraud case with my credit card to try to get them to stop and to get my money back. Talking to them did not help. The first time I called they said they would stop the charge but the next month they continued. I have registered a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They are not members of the BBB, I'm sure it's because of their fraudulent activities. read more

I had received a gift card to Massage Heights and chose to go to the one located in The Woodlands (near HEB Central Market). It was my first time going to a Massage Heights, but not my first time receiving a massage service. The therapist I had was a female, do not recall her name. The front office was nice enough. In the massage room, the Therapist informed me that as a "first time Customer" I was not allowed to be unclothed and had to keep my undies on. I thought that was an unusual policy, but since its my first time there, I didn't question it. None of the registration paperwork stated anything like that either. What was really mind blowing was when she proceeded to wear gloves before applying the massage oil on her hands and then onto my body. WTF?!? She kept them on the entire time. I was made to feel like I had leprosy (I don't), felt uncomfortable, dirty and repulsed that I just could not relax and wanted the service over and done with! I mustered a polite thank you afterwards and got quickly dressed and went home to shower the awkwardness away. I wouldn't recommend going to the Therapist I had...but I would question the establishment's policy for First Time attendees. I will never go to another Massage Heights location again! Just too many other (nicer!) places that I would go (and have gone) to. ONE AND DONE. You only get one chance to make a good impression. read more

My husband & I have been members for many years at Vintage Park location. After our move to Conroe we had to switched to location closer. So far, I love this place. My first visit was with Laura and she is firm to deep pressure, also implements "Thai" method which was the first for me and I loved. The next visit I needed deep pressure & tried Chow Chow. She was awesome - basically melted all the tight spots and knots... I was sore for few days after, but what a relief from the tension soreness I had. I was surprised to see Kelly hear from the Conroe location that closed down. She was our regular that both my husband and I visited before at other location. This girl has so much strength in her hands and can go for more than an hour. Both of us love her... she never disappoints!!!!! read more

Very clean! Went through multiple massage therapists and finally found my favorite and that is Ryan! I have never had a massage where the knots actually go away and I do with Ryan! He also listens to pressure, focus points, and is trained enough to focus on what needs the most work. read more

Booked a session after buying a Groupon, session was cancelled by the spa 1 hr beforehand, the lady on the phone (who was cordial) was really only concerned about rebooking me...never mind that I took a half day off work to make the appointment. I tried explaining to her that I took time off work and that 1 hr cancellation time really ruined my plans ... don't think that really registered with her or that she really cared. Keep in mind that if I would've canceled the appointment one hour in advance, my credit card would have been charged for the full experience. However they can cancel appointments anytime they want. I just left my appointment with Dean and I feel amazing! I have quite a bit of nerve and muscle pain in my back...so needless to say...my back is quite tense! I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I've been going here for a bit and usually like it but it seems the past few visits my massage therapist has been distracted during my massages, I'm pretty sure she has been on her cellphone during it but not 100%. I usually get good massages done by her so I'm hoping maybe these were just off times for her. One thing I am not a huge fan of is how the massages end ten minutes early so you are basically getting a 50 minute massage, even if I show up 15 minutes early to get undressed. Overall a decent massage place, but there are definitely things that could be improved. One thing that would be cool is to have the option to use essential oils mixed in with the lotion during the massage. This is really not meant to be a negative review but I do want my masseuse to be focused on my massage when I'm there. read more

My 15-year old daughter decided she wanted to try a massage too at the last minute. I am happy to say that Massage Heights in Panther Creek redeemed themselves!! I had none of the issues I had before and all three of use came out of there happy. So all I wanted was a refund of a charged service that I didn't receive. A misunderstanding that blew way out of proportion I posted a review on yelp and note the owners reply. My personal phone number was posted as well a condescending response in an attempt to silence me. A day later after public shaming my phone number was removed but by then i had already contacted the BBB. So today I wake up and my initial review was edited and the owners response removed in yet another attempt for her to rewrite history Curious that this happened after my BBB complaint was sent to the owner So all I want is the charge removed from my card but this doesn't mean there shouldn't be any repercussions for the owner violating my privacy while trying to bully me. Fun fact although not illegal this business records you in the establishment and on the phone without your consent or knowledge. When I called to set up an appointment, the lady who answered my call was so helpful and professional. I arrived and was greeted by several sweet girls who walked me through the massage heights process and went over what I needed In my massage experience. I have never felt so confident that I was going to leave relaxed and happy. Diego was my masseuse and he is the absolute best! He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had a massage on June 21st for Father's Day and it was a decent one. The facility is clean and peaceful as are all other massage parlors in The Woodlands I've been to. However, the staff needs some work. They sold a gift card to my wife a week prior to my visit and when I went to pay with it after my massage they were completely clueless as to how to use the card. They questioned me as to where I had got it, and when, and then took my credit card info and held the gift card and told me a manager would call me the next morning to discuss. The card still has money on it after all the costs and I do want to get it back, so I am pretty interested to see what the manager has to say. This all sort of ruined the relaxed vibe immediately after having finishing the massage. The next morning...no call. I give them a few days and still no call. Finally I call back today (a few WEEKS later) and they don't know why I wasn't called and yes, the gift card is still sitting in a drawer under the register. All I get is "I'm truly sorry." Well okay, everyone makes mistakes. So I try to book a couples massage a week+ in advance. I go through the whole process of giving info, getting the res set up, and getting the cost and say my goodbye. I get a call back later with a "Sorry, but I didn't realize the couples room was booked for exactly the day/time you requested and I didn't realize it." So I am forced to cancel, having wasted my time and energy, and now waste more of my time and energy to drive there to pick up a gift card that still has my money on it. Not happy read more

First time I called, the receptionist was very accommodating and helped me set up a quick appointment. As soon as I stepped in, I was immediately greeted and somehow assessed my massage needs. The massage therapist is nice and she truly have heavy hands to massage you. This was my request though. But I gave 4 stars because I was expecting the add on service of hot stone massage and was not able to get it. I don't know why we ran out of time since the therapist only concentrated on my neck and back and did not even massage my whole body. Qiao Qiao is a miracle worker! I came to her with chronic headaches and spots in my upper back that would become so tight they were very painful. I would have to get a massage every couple months just to function. After 1 massage with her, my upper back was much much better and my headaches went away. My posture is better now because of her. She saw my bunions and started working on them and now my right foot bunion seems to be gone and my left one seems smaller! Also, my feet would get cramps before and those no longer happen.
