When life and the world becomes too much... get yourself a facial…read more Just a few years ago, never would have thought I'd go for them, but as I got into my 40s, and with a little introduction from Yelp, I see the benefits of them that you just can't do at home. And let's face it, we can all use a little extra help in looking our best, and who doesn't want to feel pampered once in a while? I've been coming to Luxe now for a while and I get the Glo Girl (most popular) package, and I can see why it's the most popular as this is my favorite, too. It offers more than a facial with some great premium products and high end beauty tools, you also get a great face and neck massage to relax and unwind. Being a nighttime nurse running on little to no sleep, that's high on my to-do list, and I know it's starting to show as I get older, so I appreciate their expertise in this department. The ladies here know me pretty well now, and I feel at ease when I walk in and look refreshed when I walk out. I really notice the benefits of facials the next day when I put on my makeup and my face is practically poreless. A great luxury that makes me look and feel good.

I have enjoyed multiple services at Luxe. Monique and Kaylie give excellent facials. They take…read moretheir time and pamper. Brandi is an expert with lash extensions. Her work is fabulous! They are all extremely knowledgeable and professional. In addition to the excellent services, the prices are reasonable. I think this spa offers the highest quality services for the best prices in Tampa. So glad I found them.

I was next in line and Mary gave me a hard time about using a $2 online coupon. If I could rate Mary, I would give her a one star: but a friendly young man named Terrell, who also mans the photo department, came to the rescue and within a couple minutes at his cash register, he had succeeded in giving me my $2 off passport photos. Thank God for Terrell !!! He deserves a raise!

He had an earlier appointment with the Hematologist, and it was important that he started on the water pill medication asap. We had gone to the Walgreens on Fletcher and Bruce B Downs, and we called to check on the medication later and was told that it would be available in a couple of days. I know that Walgreens is supposed to see who had it available but we were informed that we would need to check with another Walgreens pharmacy to see if they had it. I was shocked. I called the pharmacy on N. Blvd and Fletcher and they were out also but indicated after I told them what happened that they were supposed to help find the medication, not I look for it. I know he was busy but he checked 3 stores online and advised that I should be able to get the medication from one of these stores. The first store I called which was on Dale Mabry in the Village Center had it and so they advised it should be ready around 7pm for pick up. The store was busy when I got there and there was only 1 person working and 1 leaving for the day. I had been waiting in line for a bit and then the pharmacist came to help the staff. A lady jumped in front of me indicating she had been waiting for medication for a while, but she had just walked up and was determined to get in front of me. She did not ask me if it was okay. When I attempted to get the medication, the pharmacist indicated to let her go first, also did not ask. People never know what you are going through, but it is this merism attitude that their situation is priority. Why do people get medication? Because they are sick and no one should feel their situation is worse unless they let you know. Two pharmacies, I will never go to again. The one on Fletcher and Bruce B Downs as well as the one in the Village Center. The pharmacy on N. Blvd and Fletcher have been my pharmacy for years and they are respectful and usually very helpful. I feel they should be recognized for their service.
