I really enjoyed my experience here. I brought my mom and grandma here for Mother's Day and they really enjoyed their time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating, and understood our needs. I'd definitely recommend them. There was a child who ran down the hallway at some point during my massage, but it did not bothered me; however, if you are looking for complete silence perhaps this might not be the place for you. I wanted to try a new place so I came here. Me and my girlfriend both wanted hour long foot massages & we made that super clear. they tried charging us way more than it was but they corrected it. We got in the back and they sat our feet in super hot water for 20 minutes straight and never came back. They finally came in and massaged our feet for maybe 10-15 minutes and continued on to the rest of our body. Never went back to our feet like I thought they were going to. Most important, that man is a pervert. He kept spreading my legs and massaging all over my legs super close to my private area. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

This place is SUPER sketchy. The massage was just ok, the masseuse left out of the room a few times and I'm almost positive another/different person came in to massage me half way through. It was so wierd. Also, it was a later appointment and I'm guessing it was their family who came in... but they were standing right outside my room talking, laughing and being so loud as I'm trying to relax. On top of a toddler running up and down the hallway yelling and screaming. It was terribly unprofessional. The topper was that my husband had paid ahead of time for my birthday and set the appointment for me and they questioned me before I left like they wanted me to pay again! Just steer clear. I have no choice but to even give this place a star. I bought a massage package for myself and my husband on Groupon. Sounded like a great deal but I was mistaken. The lady who massages my husband left the room for about 10 minutes. Also she made a deal with him to do 2-90 minute massage instead of the original 3-60 minute massage. He said she was a very unprofessional masseuse and while massaging him, he was very uncomfortable. At the end, she made him go to the front desk and made him give her a tip. When he offered the tip, she was rude about it and tried to stifle him more for a higher tip. WHAT KIND OF PLACE DOES THIS?! I asked that they change the sheets and pillow case. The massage was very good until I was about to walk out. I handed the Chinese masseuse $20 for a tip. She was very unhappy and wanted a $40 tip. I told her no, $20 is enough for 60 minutes. Then a male Chinese guy came out of one of the rooms screaming something in Chinese. Then the masseuse stared screaming in Chinese. Crazy. I should have done more research... They were running about 20 minutes behind my scheduled appointment and while I was waiting in the lobby, a man was evidently getting a REALLY good massage, grunting, etc. Anyway, when they finally came for me, they acted like I was from outer space and an inconvenience to them. Maybe because I'm a woman? I had already paid for a 90 minute deep massage through Groupon and had already pulled up my voucher so I couldn't get a refund. So, the lady gave me a half-hearted massage for 45 minutes. Never had me turn over even. (And honestly, I just wanted out by then.) Also, btw, if you look at their reviews on Groupon, there are tons from women so I thought this place would be ok. Not. I wonder where these reviews are coming from? Hhmmm. I recently got a massage here and it was a very uncomfortable experience. First, the woman had her phone in the room on the chair near the bed which and would frequently check it. She had me very expose almost the entire time. When she got to the bottom half she lifted the sheet where both my butt and both legs were exposed the entire time. At one point I had no sheet on me at all and was completely exposed. I've never had this happen, typically they will only expose the area being worked on. She also pulled my underwear up into my private areas, which I felt was absolutely not necessary. Multiple times through the massage she would disappear for about 10 seconds then would all of a sudden be massaging me again. When working on my feet she had her phone in between my legs on the bed because I could feel her typing on the bed and then a vibration from a text she must have received. I don't want to make any accusations, but this whole experience was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable and I felt anxious the entire time. Lastly she went really hard on my back and I ask multiple time for her to go light but she said "she does her massages different" and it will be better for me later. Now I have bruises down my spine. I probably should have said something to her or maybe stopped the massage but to be completely honest, due to past trauma I felt frozen and didn't know what to do. I didn't want to feel like I was being dramatic but after a few days have past, replaying it in my head, and getting family's options, I thought it was best to write this review. Steer clear from this place if you don't like massages that are border line inappropriate and want your masseuse listen to you when you tell them somethings hurting. read more
