After numerous attempts to end the conversation, pay for my massage and leave, the blonde receptionist explained if I don't book a massage then my membership fee wouldn't be charged that month. Sounded like a win/win to me so I signed up. 30 days post massage, what do you know, my account is hit with the membership fee despite not booking a massage. I called and asked for the manager and explained that it was not explained to me correctly and I would like a refund. The manager asked who sold me the membership. After I described the receptionist she said she knows for a fact she explained it correctly and I will not be receiving a refund. Interesting. I responded with I might of misunderstood (cordially taking the blame just to get this over-with and receive my refund). She basically said tough luck and tried to book me repeatedly to use the massage "on file." Most likely because unused massages are probably tracked and questioned. Either way I got scammed out of a membership fee. If you go here and they start the spiel cut that conversation fast because the receptionist will say anything to get you to sign up knowing you're trusting her to explain the contract correctly. Then the manager will disregard everything you say when you ask for a refund based on false information.
