This is my favorite deep tissue massage in the valley. I'm a no-nonsense massage enthusiast: I don't need essential oils, hot stones, candles, fancy sheets. I need someone who will give a *true* deep tissue. Massage Planet is one of the few places that has several fantastic DT massage therapists and they are usually very accommodating with their scheduling. I also don't love calling places to book massages, so I really appreciate their online booking software, especially since I usually decide I need a massage next-day after hours when it's far too late to call. They have a little parking lot that usually has spots open (because they have a parking lot attendant who makes sure the people parking there are going to those locations). Special bonuses - a new juice place opened a few stores down, so you can get a massage, then a juice on the way home and get your full spa experience haha read more

I've gone here many times in past years and never had a bad experience, although I just went in last week and typically had a wonderful experience with the masseuse, however I came to find out that my gift certificates totalling $150 would not be honored. The gentleman at the counter pointed out that gift certificates prior to 2025 will not be honored any longer. I literally purchased the certificates in December of 2024, just before Christmas, so at the time they weren't even a year old yet. I unfortunately hadn't been able to go earlier this year as I had an injury, but knowing that gift certificates won't be honored after purchase, I will advise everyone that purchasing gift certificates from Massage Planet is a waste of money. I unfortunately will take my business elsewhere to a competitor now. How sad! read more

The receptionist is always warm and welcoming and all of the providers are skilled at working on your body. I just got chased out of the store and cursed out by the manager because I simply stated that the massage I cut short, And still paid tip for, Was not up to par after having come here for years. I returned to the massage facility to explain that I didn't want any trouble, I just wanted the manager to be aware from a years long customer (5 +) that the quality was not up to par. She proceeded to ignore me while texting, And was extremely rude while addressing me and continued to raise her voice. It was my first time coming across this location so I was a little nervous at first but Tammy was an incredible massage therapist to have. I highly recommend requesting her. I ended up booking a 120 minute massage with hot stones, aroma therapy and infused cbd oil and it was life changing. I went here for a couples massage we liked it because they have licensed therapist. We were able to get a private room for us two. Are therapist were very kind and asked us where our problem areas were. I really like the heated bed which has a heating pad underneath. The place is very quiet and relaxing. My massage therapist was able to provide a lot of pressure and also less pressure when I asked. We had a full body massage. The massage less at 60 minutes. I believe it was $60. This review comes after my 3rd visit to this massage place. My first two times were okay. The massages were fine and I appreciate that they have an online system to book. My 3rd visit wasn't pleasant. I booked a 30 min massage and the massage therapist I booked with barged in the room at the same time as she was knocking. How about knock first and wait in case I'm still not under the sheets? She walks in and the door swings open loudly against the wall as she leaves back out of the room leaving the door wide open. I had to pop my head out to make sure everything was okay. She comes back says hi and asks what I want to focus on. I get it, she's probably tired and over working all day. The massage itself was painful, I had to repeatedly ask for her to lighten her touch. At some point my phone alarm goes off and I realize that she has gone over the 30 mins I booked. I let her know I booked 30 mins and she goes to clarify with the receptionist. She believed it was an hour. She comes back to tell me she will complete the hour massage. I say no thank you because I only booked 30 mins. She proceeds to blame me for letting her go beyond 30 mins. Lady, I don't have access to the time as I lay there with my eyes closed! She storms out of the room. I pay for my 35 mins and still leave her a minimal tip because she did put in work despite her awful attitude. Perhaps therapists, should walk in and confirm with clients the services they will be receiving that day? That can minimize confusion, upset clients that won't be returning and angry therapists that feel taken advantage of but really weren't. read more

This place is called massage planet but you need to make an appointment with him separately which I took a picture of the card! Honestly he is the best massage I have ever had! I always have the information and would go get foot massages where people were giving really firm foot massages but his massage isn't that firm! Even thoughIt's not that firm by the time he is done massaging my feet the inflammation has gone down! If you have any feet issues or any other issues he will heal you with his magical hands!
