No other place has ever compared to Massage Days. It's always remarkably clean, every employee is kind and welcoming, and the space is so serene and comforting. Scheduling an appointment is so easy and they usually have very open availability, which means a lot for those who have busy schedules and want to squeeze in some spontaneous self care. Every time I walk into the waiting room, I already feel so much more calm and relieved because I'm confident in the care that I will receive. I love that there are many different options for massages, varying from duration to additional add-on services, all of which are worth it and so reasonably priced in my opinion. Selina is a phenomenal massage therapist, especially for deep tissue, but any other massage therapist has been so skilled & wonderful as well! Today I tried to use my punch card for the 50% off that I EARNED by being a repeat customer, and they flat-out refused to honor it. Then instead of having a conversation with me, the guy rudely told me NO, turned his back on me and walked away while I was talking to him. absolutely disrespectful. "HI-YAH"!" was basically how my massage started. My masseuse came in and, without saying a word, immediately and aggressively started the "massage". She used a movement similar to wringing out a towel - just grabbed my skin and started twisting it. It was painful and clearly evident my masseuse hadn't taken a basic massage class. She used her elbow for every movement on my back, like The Rock dropping the People's Elbow. There was no adjustment of pressure through sensitive areas such as the lower back and she kept digging her elbow into my spine. She added oil for the effleurage portion, but rushed through it as if she was washing a window. Overall, the massage was terrible. I'm giving 2 stars for the cleanliness and pricing , but that's about it. I'd look elsewhere if you're looking for an actual relaxing massage. read more

First they make you pay before you even can say hello. Massage was decent...customer service is negative 10 stars absolutely RUDE. They force you to get out of the massage room RIGHT after you're done with your massage, knocking on the door etc. RUSHING YOU. The rooms are clean and private and the all the staff is very friendly. I'm a dental hygienist so I prioritize taking care of my neck and back. My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage with cupping and when we showed up they told us that we should've specified cupping because it takes more time so they wouldn't be able to accommodate that part of the massage. when I made the reservation they didn't ask what type of massage I wanted but fair enough the massage itself was mediocre. The masseuse said "wow this part of your back is hard" and then didn't do anything to take out the knots and tension. There was no music. It was cold, and my feet were constantly exposed to the cold air This was probably one of the worst massages I've ever gotten And then when we tried to leave she stopped us so we could tip.
