This is the worst ever do not go there ! In a very ghetto area booked over the phone get told will be served by a female therapist then when I arrived there is a male front desk guy name Nick says he work there only a male massage can provide service. Then he ask you sign a request for 24 hour cancelation waiver where they can bill your insurance qnd charge you cancelation 50%. Such a scam if you would cancel your future appointment. I clearly say we'll I haven't usethe service so I would appreciate to sign this cancelation policy after I use the service if I decide to continue second session. I'm not comfortable to sign this cancelation now since I'm already here. The dude Nick super rude not professional whoever hire him I feel bad for your business! He is not nice or welcome client. Totally bully and rude and he ask me to leave if I am not willing to sign the cancelation policy for future appointments. When I express his discrimination he says even more rude thing say well you can cell police . Omg so so so so so rude! I can't believe such person work for service industry. I highly doubt all the review before most likely is fake! now business all fail this is a termination clause employee that deserve to be unemployed when so many ppl has no job. He absolutely discriminate me Guys if you are normal don't even try go there that DUDE nick is super rude and bad I have never been so angry on someone like that . Pity for you dude! started with a half hour and now I get a 90 minute as often as I can. The RMT's are fantastic and the front desk staff is very helpful. I had to rebook very last minute and they were happy to help. Amal treated my shoulder with a theraputic upper body massage and Mykola did wonders with a deep tissue on my legs back shoulders neck and arms. Really nice people, Highly recommend! read more

Great place, very calm and clean setting! staff is absolutely the best from receptionists to everybody else. I have chronic back pain and started going here few months ago and they have been absolutely amazing.
